Overall, have had a great experience with Jayson and his team. Jim showed up promptly for the initial estimate. They had comparable product without the big price plus financing option. We were able to break up the order to spread costs (26 total windows) and we have one section left to complete. The install team has been very professional as well. We love our new windows. We were able to remove sunscreens and the home is brighter year round. We have noticed an improved AC bill as well.

The crew was very professional and courteous and did a great job of cleaning up.

Also most companies quoted me 14 weeks for install and Jerry quoted me 10 weeks. They ended up coming in 6 weeks!!!! Will help tremendously with my ac bill.

I have used Alex and Everlasting Windows for many of clients (I am a general contractor) over the years. Some bigger jobs, some incredibly small, but incredibly important to my client. Case in point today. A family with a baby on the way was moving into a home they recently closed on.
Two windows wouldn't lock and the master arcadia door stopped locking. Alex took care of it no problem - and since it wasn't too much time or parts (he did have to make a trip to Ace Hardware)....he didn't charge me. Solid guy. Solid work. Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

Went in last minute for a window repair (shot, possibly with a BB gun) before driving back to Tucson. They were all booked, but did everything they could to help us. They gave us referrals to other shops and even tapped our window to prevent any further glass from falling. Very appreciative for their service.

Freelite provided new windows throughout our client's home. We are a general contractor. Freelite was a subcontractor. Their installers are stellar. The lead installer is customer focused and properly trained. They left the jobsite clean. We highly recommend Freelite for new windows for homes.

I called in to have someone come out and quote on a few windows I thought needed to be replaced. My handyman had told me the cause of a few water leaks was due to the windows. Jason was able to come out within a few hours of my call. After inspecting the windows, he concluded that the leak wasn't from the windows and that the windows were holding up pretty well. The sales person did not communicate properly with us prior to the install . We were told there would be no problem installing new wimdows in our house. After the sub contractors were finished with the install we were left with 2 differnt types of windows not matching . The front windows in our houae look unfinished and differnt than the rest. When called to ask them.about whats the difference . The sales person told us to go to home depot and put up our own wood trim or have a stucco guy put another trim up for us. That if they were to put a trim up it would cost extra..never was this extra price ,difference in the windows discussed with us prior them selling us the windows Very unhappy with the end results for what would have been a pretty good set of windows other that that. I would never recommend them to anyone else or use their services again.

We have been very pleased with the LEI Window team. Our sales person Brennen was great to work with and Dustin Barron has stepped in to help answer any questions and concerns we had in the beginning. We had previously worked with another window company, however LEI's quote was significantly less, and so it was much easier to finish our project. The install went very smoothly, and the team was very friendly. So far we can tell a big difference in outside noise reduction. We are hoping to see reduction in AC costs next summer. I am also hoping that with the sealing around the windows, we will have less dust. We enjoy having the windows open, now that it is cooling down (they are very easy to operated). I recommend this company and thank you for working with all my questions.

Everyone is wonderful at Lasting Impressions. We moved into a house where the screens were missing from both sliding doors. We found out the doors were not standard sizes so we contacted Lasting Impressions. Karen was quick to get someone out to measure and order the correct doors for us. Mike was great and even helped me install them properly. Amazing company and people would recommend them to anyone.
