Our technician was Ray and he was fantastic. He was on time, and had a great attitude. It didn’t take him long to figure things out either! It was stressful living in a home that was 98 degrees but Ray was empathetic and made sure we were taken care of. I love that he communicated well and made sure I was comfortable with my service! Not sure about the companies audit services but salesmen are too aggressive and rude showing up unannounced without appointments which seems extremely unprofessional.
