We had 4 windows replaced and a patio door. Rain delayed our installation but Christopher was willing to work on Sunday to get our windows in. He had a coworker call off so was short a person for the job. He was able to complete the job with just him and Mellisa. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. Love my windows. Thank you Christopher and Mellissa for working on Sunday and getting our job done.

WOW sums up my experience with Energy Shield Windows. From sales to the install. Being a single woman, all my concerns with a major home improvement were addressed so I knew that I had picked the right company. The windows and the new entry door look amazing and I have gotten multiple comments from neighbors on how nice my house looks. The install crew, Julio and Alex, were the best. They went above and beyond in the detail work to make my windows look like they were part of the original build on the inside. They took their time to get the entry door completely sealed. I can't believe what a difference there is having the new windows and door. I could tell immediately how much less noise was heard from the outside. The windows are cool to the touch, where the heat on the old windows actually warped my wood blinds before I could get them down before the install! In summary, job well done guys!!!

Pricing seemed fair given other competitors. Windows are high quality, and worked to ensure all precautions were taken. Big shoutout to Dustin, my installer. He did a phenomenal job and was very courteous. Very happy with my experience with AZ Valley Windows!

Had an awesome experience with Brody! He did a stellar job replacing the glass and he made it out way before expected! Overall true view glass respected our time, gave outstanding service and had a great attitude doing it!

We were able to get same day service on a broken window pane, as well as a window mechanism that wasn't operational. Very friendly and professional service and we would highly recommend to others.

Craig installed a firedoor in the home I was selling and got it done within our closing deadline. The price was hundreds less than a competitor who came out and measured/quoted, AND Craig did a lot more than they would have done. Craig also took care of all the small details and was exceptionally thorough, capturing all the things I asked for without me having to bring anything up twice. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else shopping around.

They left the job unfinished to begin with and 2 years later one of the doors they installed has a frame that slides back & forth. It latches & locks but the whole door frame slides in & out! They are not good! It is a bunch of kids that don't know what they are doing!

I have a vacation rental in Phoenix and needed some repairs done fast. Superior Replacement repaired a sliding glass door and the replaced the glass the very next day from making the call.

I pulled in and had my door lock looked at, they solved my issue in minutes and I couldn't be more pleased... Friendly, professional and honest... 5 stars from me and I'll be using them again soon for all of my window repairs!

Freelite has been incredibly good to work with. Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.
I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.
I have the highest regard for Freelite and it's employees.
I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.

Install took place a month after they estimated which we were fine with given the backlog from all the orders. However, one of the windows cracked within the first month after it was installed. We called to request the window to be replaced. They went ahead and ordered and said over the phone that it would take 4-6 weeks. I called at week 12 to request an update and they said they would call me right back and that the glass was in the warehouse. No call back. Called again 3 days later and they are now telling me they are waiting on a piece and it says it will be here by the end of next week.

I do not recommend Window World of Phoenix. The lack of communication and responsiveness is not acceptable.

I've used this company twice now. Once at our first home and again at our new home for a full window replacement and sliding door replacement. The install was delayed due to supply shortage (as is everything) but they communicated with me every step of the way. As soon as the windows were in stock, they called and set up the install. The full service install was supposed to take 3 days but they dedicated extra people to the install and got it done in two days. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

We needed 10 new windows for the house we just bought in Scottsdale and our realtor recommended LJ Neal and Sons. So thankful for the recommendation. Price was fair and the work was superb. I highly recommend!

We’ve had our windows for a couple of weeks now and immediately noticed the difference in the house after the installation was complete. Our gas bill dropped about 50-60% since the installation! The salesman was awesome, the installer did great work, and the exterior of our home looks so much better! We will be using LEI again for some additional windows and doors and we will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Justin came by on time to do the final measurements for the window order I placed and he was courteous and highly professional.

The fact that it took 4 times and 18 months to get my windows correct. Can I also add that I was fined from my HOA because of it as well for not being in compliance. I think that says enough.
