I contracted Jenkins Restoration to take care of some storm damage to my home. I couldn't be happier with the results and the service provided. Matthew Rosenbaum who is the project manager, has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He made sure to address any questions that I had and was always accessible for any concerns I had during the process. He made the repairs to my home seamless and worry free in what would normally be a stressful situation. He is a true asset to the organization and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his and Jenkins services into the future.

Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don’t always believe them when they say “we are sending out one of our best people” yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very… “snake in the grass” with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it’s high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

If you want the best quality of service this is the company for you. Acuity Builders is founded on Integrity and professionalism. I've seen their work first hand and I tell you, the before and after is astonishing.

My experience with restoration hq was great Todd was very efficient getting everything and installing!

I recently used Mesic for a water leak in my kitchen. From dry out to completion it was a smooth process. Everyone was fantastic and the job looks great.

Manny was on time, very personable and knowledgeable and was able to help me determine a plan of action to treat mold from water damage in my home.
