Daniel (sales) was very informative without being pushy. David and Zach (installers) did a great job installing the windows. Install process was very important to us, and Desert King really did a great job. There are lots of great windows out there, but Desert King provided a great value of quality windows with great install without breaking the bank.

fellas arrived on time and additional crews came to install sliding door and remainder of windows. 14 windows and a slider installed in one day. one additional window was wrong size, but luckily was built and installed the very next day. thank you.

From the initial estimate, to the installation everything went flawlessly. The door quality was better than we expected and the installation was seamless! Our installer we. Above and beyond, answering questions and making sure the latches and electronic locks were all working. He even took the time to do a quick fix on our front door to get the electric lock working. Great company and great people doing the work! We will definitely be using them for any future needs we have!

Had a broken kitchen window and needed it fixed quickly as my condo was exposed. Ashley was professional and responsive in scheduling and providing an accurate quote. Greg L came out and did a great job. He was friendly, quick, and did quality work. I shopped about 7 glass companies and am really glad I went with True View.

The work was amazing! Very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. Craig was very responsive, even with our HOA requiring multiple adjustments to the contract. Kris was professional and friendly as he was doing the work. Definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!

Windows and Doors were installed July, 2022. I was referred to this company by a trusted friend who had windows installed and not doors. Should have shopped them. My error.

Upon complaining to the GM Yelonda, she indicated that she would be out with the 1099 Subcontractor Zeb who did the install to review the work. Upon arrival it was the owner, Darin Garcia, Zeb and a door rep. I stated, wow the owner showed up, he states and I quote, If you lived in South Phoenix and talked me down on price, I wouldn't be talking to you. (I live in Scottsdale). No more really needs to be said. At that point I knew what I was dealing with, and he was consistent.

Through my journey of cleaning up after my $20k purchase, I found more items and spoke to the Co. about it. I learned they DO NOT like customers who complain. Darin then emailed me attacking me personally saying I had personal issues and if I defamed his company on social media his lawyers would be contacting me. What kind of company does that after you spend $20k and express dissatisfaction with their services.

Tony, Salesman (1099 worker) is seemingly pleasant and relative knowledgeable however only provides a small portion of what you will be left with once windows and doors are installed. He did ask me what was important to me. I stated, attention to detail and fit and finish He obviously failed to tell the installers, or they simply ignored him. Fit and Finish was to be desired. Thresholds on every door was a nightmare. Big gaps between the threshold and my flooring. Chalking was marginal. Prior to taking my $10k they showed me how to open and close the kitchen window. I will take responsibility for that as I was leaving on vacation that same day. I don't think they wanted to show me however I found out later.

I received a bid of $4,500 to paint the trim, doors, take the doors off and seal them, correct all the door thresholds that had big gaps left after install. All I was told is the doors are primed and you will need to paint them, period. Later I find out by Yelonda GM that they could have painted them prior for an extra charge. Oops Tony failed to tell me that part. Six weekends Sat. and Sun., 9+ hours a day cleaning up after their mess (Aug. and Sept.) not fun!

Renewal by Andersen warns you of outfits like this who have 1099 workers doing the selling and installing. They all ride off into the sun set and you're left with the general contractor which in this case is.......based on the owners (Darin) comments and behavior......I will let you be the judge.

Interesting, they failed to put the right hinges on a self-closing door going to the pool so Zeb who I believe owns the install company, came out with a hammer and chisel on my $1,200 door to make it fit due to the wrong hinges being installed originally. We call that jerry rig. i was not happy and said so.

Simonton Windows, I believe are good, parent company Cornerstone. Therma Tru doors at this point, junk. One door stick's and to open it you have to push your shoulder into it. Hinges on the self-closing doors squeak already.

I would have paid more and stayed away from this kind of outfit.

Found Greg Johnson to be extremely responsive. I sent an email requesting an appointment early on a Saturday morning and received a call later that morning with an appointment the same day.
Had installed half the windows in Phase 1 in the spring of 2019 and found the windows to be so much more efficient as my electric bill dropped from the previous summer - the APS average billing decreased over $20/month.

High Quality product. Customer service and communication need improvement. There were some issues with wait times, but in the end, they made everything right.

Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. Never got a call for estimate

About a year ago I had the windows on the west side of my home replaced. They were over 25 years old and I thought it was about time. The replacements looked great and really cooled the west facing rooms down.
Last month I had the Owner, Thomas come out and quote on replacing the other 11 windows in my home. The pricing was fantastic and again the professionalism was incredible.
Last week the installer came out and installed the windows. He did a fantastic job, and was also very professional.
If you need new windows or doors these are the people to call. Brian's great in the office and the whole team is fantastic.

Good for business

We had several windows replaced in a home we just bought and start to finish, I was 100% satisfied with Dependable Glass. From Kristen over the phone, Elvis coming to measure, and CJ & Ricky doing the installation. Everyone was very professional, polite, quick, and clean. We just moved to Phoenix from out of state so I really didn't know who to use but I'm so glad I did. I will definitely be coming back soon to replace our back sliding door.

We needed 10 new windows for the house we just bought in Scottsdale and our realtor recommended LJ Neal and Sons. So thankful for the recommendation. Price was fair and the work was superb. I highly recommend!
