Best Door Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Quality installation! The door took 4 weeks longer to receive than I was quoted but the installers did a great job and the door seems top notch.

This company was great to deal with. They were competitively priced and offered a good range of products. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I really liked the fact that the windows were made here in Phoenix, and specifically engineered for this climate. The quality of the installed product was excellent and I would have to say the installation team was really outstanding. In all, I would rate this company as excellent in all areas and I will be using them again .

Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful

Professional from start to finish. Customer Service is great! But Installer Victor Ramirez really went above and beyond to remove a broken window that was constrained by iron security bars. It was quite a dangerous task where he could have easily been cut by a piece of the glass. It was a tough job, but he refused to give up, and removed and replaced the old damaged window like a true craftsman. So thank you Victor! and True View. I highly recommend your company. Jeannine

We love our new windows! Installers were pleasant, neat and finished on time.

The installation was fantastic! I am very happy with windows, they were just installed today! I must say that I was told the window install would happen within 10 weeks, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!! Yes they were installed almost 8 weeks after the original wait time !! I am not impressed with k&j because their only excuse was that it was manufacturer delays! The will not get the chance to do the other half of my house! My contract was with K& J, and all they did was blame on the manufacturer. BEWARE!

Great quality and service beginning to end. Doug's crew did a great job both inside and out, and the Infinity series made a huge difference for our our south facing wall.

Don't waste your money! I can't believe this is a business! First, they don't do refunds so think about this before you decide to hire these idiots! I had to fight with them and after 8 weeks, my refund arrived...oh and the first check was mailed to an incorrect address...seriously?! They don't work weekends either! I made an agreement with the owner and he agreed to work Saturday...BUT HE NEVER INFORMED ME! Then, when I tried to work something out with them, he and his office team were rude and inconsiderate! I am the customer but I guess they didn't need my business! I hired them to install a new front door, trimming, and paint. The owner changed his pricing three times but finally an agrement was made. The owner was presentable and cordial so I am not sure if that's the plan...get in the door and then screw the customer...after you pay him half up front! Run far away from these people! I did hire another company, Williamsen Remodeling, and they did an outstanding job! The father and son team worked Saturday and they were as friendly as family...great guys! I would love to fill all the remaining characters in this review; however, I have better things to do! Thanks for the opportunity to review Everlasting Window and Door as people should be aware of how these people don't handle their business!

Superior Glass is great, they are very friendly and did a free on-site estimate and custom windows fitting, deliver what they promise and extremely professional, the guys are really helpful! Windows look fantastic! They even cleaned several windows as a bonus, thanks again!

While my husband and I cannot have our windows done at this time, I felt the need to leave a review about the wonderful experience I had obtaining an estimate. We have been thinking about replacing our single-pane windows, but have heard of how expensive it can be. A representative offered to schedule a no-pressure estimate and I am so glad we accepted. Every employee I spoke to was very kind and professional. Roger came by our home to take measures. He did not pressure us to commit to a purchase and he educated us on windows. He had plenty of samples and was able to answer all of our questions. He was truly such a pleasant man to speak with. The estimate he gave us was very fair, especially for top of the line energy efficient windows. When we are ready, we will DEFINITELY use Krasiva!

Just amazing!! I was quoted $550 by a regular shopI called and they said $249 out the door and gave me a time to come and told how long I’d wait. And they did it in even less timeEveryone in the shop was friendly and helpful definitely will use them again and refer my friends

VERY pleased with the service Jason has provided. I needed an emergency window replaced for my business and Jason was able to board it up immediately. Other companies had been giving me 3-4+ week estimates for glass replacement and he was able to get the job done in less than a week and a half. I will definitely use Econ Windows for any future jobs! Highly recommend!

The entire process with Red Rock window and door was top notch. He stuck to his estimate and got the door and frame installed in the time agreed. Thomas's recommendations were spoken like a true professional who knows the business, and we went with everything he suggested. We originally wanted to replace the wood door with another wood door, but he explained why a composite door and frame would be a better choice because of the durability of the composite material. The door and Fram are no installed and painted, and we couldn't be happier. Red Rock should be your first call for any window or door work

Just had C.J. and Ricky replace a broken window. Dual pane glass in a 30-year old frame with a worn-out gasket, so they had to spend about half an hour applying silicone. Now that it's done, I can't tell the difference from the original. Great team and a great job. Thanks!
