It was a pleasure working with the installers. They did a wonderful job. Cleaned up as they went along. Answered our questions and move furniture that was too heavy for us.

Out experience was good! Everyone we dealt with was competent and pleasant. The two men who installed our windows worked hard, knew their job, left us with beautiful windows, cleaned up any debris, and were helpful and friendly throughout.

We had a wonderful experience with AZ Valley Windows. They completed our homes window installations ahead of schedule. Everything was perfect, the quote the price and the service. If you need your windows replaced for your home we strongly recommend calling them and getting an estimate, it was free! They had wonderful customer service and they were able to answer all of our questions about our homes new windows and the replacement process. I will use them for the other Phoenix homes I own when I need to replace my windows.

I have been working with this company since April on a window & door project. I understand there was a glass delay due to covid, however we have had nothing but issues since the glass has been put in. Every time I speak to a representative I get a different answer. Now they want to charge me $200 to install a screen that was already included in my original quote! Will not call this company again.

We needed an emergency window replacement after a smashed window. To make matters worse it was an arched window as well as embedded behind stucco. Dwayne did an excellent job,knowledgable, and explained our options well. He skillfully cut the new window onsite, installed in a timely manner, despite the challenge of removing stucco. Highly recommend to everyone.

My wife and I had an opportunity to update our home in Phoenix. We needed to make our windows more efficient and easier to clean. I wanted fiberglass, due to the heat in the summer, and window frames that did not have small drains, that when clogged with dust would drain water into the house.

We met Greg Johnson at a Home and Garden show. We talked there and set an appointment for him to come to our home. The visit was very informative, with all the examples of his products. We asked all our questions, which were answered on the spot, no hems or haws. Installation was also discussed which was to be done by his own team, not subcontractors. The price he quoted was not nearly as expensive as the other two more commonly known brands. The price was more than another brand, that I thought did not meet our expectations. Greg did not pressure us to sign that day, as others quote, The price goes up tomorrow and other nonsense.

We signed the contract. The windows were delivered ahead of schedule and installed in a timely and professional manner. Installation was a challenge, as we also have Rollershields on all the windows. No problems.

I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and Marvin Infinity windows to anyone that is looking for great windows in a home they will live in.

Don't waste your money. Poor customer service, no quality control, and/or integrity in their work and all for just marginal windows.

Working with the teams from Lifetime Windows has been an easy and positive experience. They were all professional, thorough, friendly, and gave attention to every detail. We started thinking we would love to replace our three sets of sliding doors to our patio. We loved these new sliding doors and quickly realized we needed to replace more. As of today, every window in our home is now new. Each team that came to install a window order was efficient and very good. There is no negative comment that we could give. We had Gary Phillips as a sales rep he was awesome explained everything in detail to us and we were very happy with that everything he said has come true and was done on time as scheduled. We had our windows put in by a very experienced team of installers we were very happy. The installers were neat clean and did and excellent job in our book we are very pleased with both Gary the installers and the company. Gary came the first day the installers were here as promised and check in to see how everything was going was very happy and pleased he did that for us. I would be happy to recommend Krasiva Windows an Doors to anyone of our friends relatives or people down the street.

Freelite handled our replacement windows for our home. We have very large, hard to come by windows and they were able to find a company to make them. Early on, there was a bit of communication difficulties with their independent salesperson, but easily resolved and never rude or dismissive. Prices competitive. Their install crew was super friendly, on time, neat, and answered as many questions as I could throw at them. They came to the house a few times before install to make sure the measurements were correct due to the size of the windows. Our install was only recently, but so far so good. Would use them again if we need more windows.

Jason was fantastic - professional and genuinely nice and didn't try to sell more than what I needed. My screens were falling apart, and he put in new security screens that I absolutely love. They look great, and it was such an easy experience. I'll definitely call them for anything I need in the future, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

We're big fans of Window World. We used them in San Diego and were really happy. Called the Phoenix location, got what we felt were good prices for several windows, and placed the order. They were able to install very quickly. The installation crew was great. We love our new windows and can't wait to be able to order more!

We absolutely love our new window! The installation was perfect. The new window fit right in like with a shoehorn, and it was an arched window too. Noise level cut considerably. We would recommend this very professional company!

Good for business

We wanted to change the clear glass in our shower surround to textured (rain) glass and thought that may require an all-new installation. Jason assured us that was unnecessary and the quote came back using our existing hardware. Kristen was a pleasure to work with throughout the process patiently answering all of our questions and Jason and his partner made the install look like new. We're very pleased with our new shower enclosure and with the professionalism displayed by the Dependable Glass crew. Thanks for being Dependable!
