We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! Steven and Chris did a great job! They were very pleasant through out the day. They showed us the materials before they started. They continued to show us their work and explain what they were doing.

Would highly recommend you give Mike Abate at Crafted a call. He and his crew are very professional, always show up on time, are licensed professionals and do amazing work. We used them for our bathroom tile remodel recently and they did a beautiful job. We have used them on a few projects in the past and they always have done great work. Don't look on craigslist for a flooring installer - they won't stand behind their work. I would only go to Crafted because I have the peace of mind to know they do good work and are licensed with the Arizona ROC.

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

I love that they have an app to communicate between the workers and the client. Brandon did my shower remodel. And built end wall. He was polite, conscientious, professional, on time and did great work.

Mark & his crew at Sunset Tile & Bath are very talented & will rebuild or remodel just about any bathroom or kitchen you would present to them. Though remodels take time, my condo was remodeled to precision & I could not be happier. I had no communication issues, nor did I have any issues with the crew that worked on my place. They kept it clean & professional. The one con about the work done, is that I had to wait a couple of months, due to the high volume of work this crew must accomplish. If you want quality work, this crew is most certainly worth the wait.

We redid our walk-in shower. Very pleased with the results. Excellent cleanup. Would have them do another project when the time comes.

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful.
