We were very satisfied with Desert King Windows from the estimate by Frank Johnson to the install by Christopher Garcia and Mikel. They covered all areas; installed new windows carefully and professionally; and cleaned up after the job was completed.

We got our sliding patio door replaced with a french door. Overall I had a good experience, but I can't give five stars because the project took several weeks longer than it should have. They measured our side lights incorrectly or made them incorrectly so that caused a delay. They were very nice through the process, but updates about when it would be done could have been more frequent. I had to call them one or two times because I hadn't heard anything and just wanted an update. The door looks great and everyone was super friendly. I would use them again.

AZ Valley Windows was awesome. Definitely can't wait to get the rest of my windows done.

Everlasting Window and Door came out to seal my leaking windows. (Poor installation by another contractor) Many window companies would not do it. They came out promptly, provided estimate, then scheduled the work. I was SO IMPRESSED!!! Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about their business, but they were so professional and got the job done promptly. In addition, they noticed my back glass door did not slide open well. They knelt down and cleaned the track and showed me the issue was also with the rollers. They will be coming back to repair my door! This was not even what they were here for! They went ABOVE and BEYOND. I am VERY happy with Everlasting Window and Door and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

So, I got a quote a few months ago from this company. The proccess was fine and windows were nice, but it's a lot of pressure to commit on the spot, like a car sale. The windows, while nice, were vastly overpriced compared to quality windows from Milgards. Like 60% more than they cost. I got quotes for multiple brands, for both sides of the spectrum of manufacturing, from several different companies across the valley. Absolutely none of them put the kind of pressure or sales tactics on me like this company.I asked questions, they provided information, every company was quite professional and nice to work with, even if they ended up not getting a sale from me. No follow up calls, no questioning why, no we got the special going on this month. They simply accepted my gratitude for their time and moved on.They have some proprietary method of manufacturing windows to prevent warping which backs their justification for cost, but it wasn't anything extraordinary about them to me.Long story short, they were out of my budget. A graceful no thanks, I can't afford them right now should be sufficient. But I keep getting calls. Over and over trying to close a sale. I blocked the initial sales calls, now I get calls from other numbers, luckily those have been caught before I have to answer. The robocalls trying to reach me have just escalated.If there was ever a chance of me reconsidering this company, ever, thats gone. If I wanted these windows, I would have gone with these windows. I actually could afford windows and went with a completely different company. I would never recommend them, ever. Unless you want telemarketer calls constantly, do not give this company your phone number.

Had a window screen and rollers replaced on my sliding glass door by the Superior Replacement Windows team. Great price and very professional work.

Very pleased with the install of our sliding glass door. The aesthetics and open feel it gives our dining room is more than we expected. Jim was an excellent contact for us from the sales to the day of install.

My power window on the driver's side broke on Sunday when i was getting off work. The dealership was going to charge about $600 to fix it! My coworker gave me the phone number for Power Window Repair that he had used in the past to fix the power window in his car and he was very happy with their service. And he also said they would fix my window for half of the price. I called them right away and made an appointment for that afternoon at 3pm, right after I got off work. I waited while they fixed the window, it took less than 45 minutes! It works great and they saved me about $300! I would recommend Power Window Repair to a friend.

Actual installation was great. Front office staff incompetent and rude.

I called Jason at Econ Windows to come out and give me a quote on a broken window, while other companies told me it would take 4 days just to come give a quote, he took time on his day off to give me the quote the same day! When he showed up (very punctual) he was quick, professional, and best of all was well priced and ethical. He did not take advantage of me needing a window asap, he just got to work and got me a fare price for a great product. He also stayed and helped me clean up the broken window/glass that needed replacing, before I had even committed to giving him the job. He went above and beyond to earn the business. When it came to install, he was fast and did great quality work.
If you are looking for a window company to do business with, I would highly recommend him and I will be calling him for any future jobs! Thank you Jason!!

The owner, Thomas, came out for my initial consultation. He was not very friendly and was late as he didn't listen to my directions and went to the wrong complex. Maybe he didn't really care about my purchase because I only got two windows and one door done? He also did not bring a mask during COVID, and when I gave him one to wear, he wouldn't wear it over his nose.
I got many quotes and ended up going with Red Rock though because of all the good reviews on the product and their pricing. Nate and Cody completed the install today and it went great. They were very professional and hard working. My windows and doors look great, so far!

Ricky and Scott called before they arrived and made sure that I approved the details of the installation. I ordered shower class and a window. I am very pleased.
