Crystal in the office assisted with scheduling and worked around my difficult schedule and a time crunch. Sarah came out to do the work with her assistant. Everything was explained. Cracked concrete was stitched and the patio raised a bit. I was a bit disappointed one area could not be raised higher but understood the reason. Sarah was careful to avoid stressing connecting structures. Time will tell if the process will hold up as much as I hope. This particular process made the most sense. I will be having another company do the resurfacing of the patio.
