I used this company a about a year ago to install new windows and doors on the entire west side of my home in Scottsdale. They were very reliable and efficient as well as a good value.

In the future if I need additional home improvements that they provide, I will not hesitate to
use them again and/or recommend them to others.

I had a window replacement done towards the end of my last trip to PHX upon my return I found TVG had installed a piece of defective glass. They refused to even come down and take a look at it, mentioning it was passed their warranty date, I went back and forth with Corena several times by email, they refused to have anyone call me on the matter. This was one of 5 projects they did in my home. Very poor customer services. This is the 2nd house I have used them on..... and the last considering the way they handled this matter. Once they have your money BEWARE!!!

Great glass contractor in Phoenix. They helped us with some glass replacement at a job site and had the work done fast and well. Would definitely reccomend.

Craig was quick to respond to my initial phone call. He came out and provided excellent service that was fair and honest. Pricing for the product he sold to me was fair and a lot less than his competition. Would recommend him without question. Work was done professionally.

I had my windows replaced in my home in November 2021. They did a great job and did it as fast as they could. I have loved my windows and they have decreased my energy bill as well. When I attempted to put my swamp cooler in my window this year, I noticed that the window opened on the wrong side. I couldn’t install my swamp cooler into the window. I called Lifetime and Marina was very kind and listened to my issue. She contacted the service managers and other people on my behalf. She followed up with me with a phone call and let me know what she had done and what I could expect. Larry was able to send out a technician within 24 hours of contacting me. Joe came out and switched my windows for me. It was awesome. Joe was very knowledgeable about windows and easy to talk to. He kept everything clean and fixed my issue quickly! I appreciate the whole team at Lifetime. Marina also got me my referral bonus for setting my parents up with this great company. Use this company for windows - their customer service is 2nd to none and the product is wonderful as well!

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Jason is very professional, punctual, honest, meticulous and very good at what he does. From the first quote until the finished product is installed you will get excellent service and communication. He is precise in all his installs and will always come back promptly for any issues. I have used Econ Windows for 3 jobs, from replacing a huge second story floating window, to replacing a set of regular windows, to helping make custom 10 foot tall door. I have been extremely happy working with him and trust him fully to always do a great job!

One 8x11 glass pane in my wood French door was broken. I called multiple glass companies and they told they could not replace the glass, that we would need a new door.
After several calls, I found Dependable Glass. They came out within a day or two, measured the glass and then ordered it.
Once the glass came in, Elvis came to replace it. This man knows glass! He was on time, and replaced the glass. He made a special effort to ensure there was not broken glass left on the ground.

Amazing window and door installers! They were fast, professional and safe. I’m so happy with my new custom steel interior doors, it completely transformed the look of my house.

Ryann was great. He called me ahead of time to let me know he was running late and then called to let me know he was on his way. Both gentleman took great care in installing the window and protecting the antique furniture in the room with plastic. They cleaned up everything and informed me of everything. Ryann also fixed one our previous windows that did not open and addressed the concern with out handle in our patio door.

When my windows were put in originally - 17 years ago by Atrium Door and Windows, they have had issues ever since. I got a quote by Anderson Door and Windows for $40K to 60K to replace the windows, so I thought I would never be able to afford new windows. Then Window World came over and gave me a quote. I saw their offer in the mailer and thought it was too good to be true. I ended up replacing 6 windows for $3Kish. The windows are more energy efficient than the last one ever were and look awesome! They no longer leak, let heat in, no longer foggy, broken, etc. 3 workers came over and replaced them in a couple hours. I had heard from previous reviews that my blinds would no longer fit, but they all went back into window fine. The one gripe, which is minor, is they didn't clean up as much as I would have liked, but I give them 5 stars!! They even caulked a patio door that they didn't install themselves and the crew was friendly, professional and efficient.

We hired Lasting Impressions last year to do the back half of our home windows and were overall very pleased. Their Salesman, Jeff Boshoven, is awesome, detail oriented and a great, upbeat personality. The drawback was they only do install, not after install clean up of the stucco/paint. So we had to find someone else to perform that which we felt was odd. Their customer service was great, Lori even got my windows all registered with Milgard and was a delight to work with.

Fast forward to this year and we decided to go ahead and do the front half of the house realizing pricing is going up! This time we got more bids and, while Lasting Impressions was not the cheapest, we felt comfortable with them and their great customer service. Jeff once again came out, took measurements and did all his part flawlessly! The install had issues. The guys spent all day on one window. They were banging and trying to jimmy it in so hard, they broke it. Don't understand why they just shave the frame a bit to accommodate the window. The interior detail was lacking this time too, poor caulking and touch up work. They ripped another windows screen.

The replacement window arrived and was installed, but the young man said he was not there to fix the touch up work. So we called Jeff who came over. We pointed out another window that looked odd; hard to tell because it is high up. Jeff said it needs to be repaired and would have the office get on it. We said okay and stupidly paid him, believing all would be done like before. Nope!

Lori, who we had worked with so well the first time now was nonresponsive. I had been asking about the window serial numbers so i could register them and the ripped screen and defective window. Finally, I emailed Jeff and got a reply from someone else. Appears Jeff no longer works there (shocking since he's the only one responsive). Lori sent a snarky email saying I had just sent my email on Friday and she had taken a day off. Well I had actually sent the email 10 days earlier... it all spiraled out of control. Karen stepped in and got our new windows registered, and advised Jeff had put in a repair request on the defective window prior to his departure, he also go the screen replaced.

Now that Jeff is gone and seeing how customer service has gone downhill, we do not recommend Lasting Impressions... their only priority is getting paid. Bummer because we had liked them. We are still awaiting the defective window being fixed... but Lasting Impressions is paid in full so they don't care!

The windows it self are amazing. I love the windows which is why it is not a 1 star. The customer service however is absolutely atrocious! I had Universal come out to get a quote. The deal I accepted was not the terms they gave me. After fighting for everything I was promised they said they fixed it and when I get the bill it clearly wasn't. They gave me a promotional deal no interest for the first year. I was told it starts the day of instalation. But it ended up starting the day the contract was signed. 5 months of the windows being delayed gives me 7 months to pay it off before the interest from last year all thrown in to the total. Overall experience, windows not worth the headach of the lack of customer service
