Landon, Cooper, and Justin were amazing! They knew their job, and jumped right in and were professional. They were also funny, and friendly. They were prompt, and got our 17 windows installed in 2 days. A great experiencefrom start to finish. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish, the level of professionalism and courtesy of all individuals involved was top notch--from the initial sales person, to the measuring, to the installation specialists, to the customer service representatives. The process was seamless and the outcome was beautiful. The financing option provided an extra convenience.

We have a rental property and one of the renters broke the latches rendering the 14 year old window inoperable. We searched the internet and found the manufacturer who guided us to Tru View for the replacement parts. We installed them but they didn't seem to work and we could not lock the window. OK, the easy fix didn't work, so time to get an estimate for a replacement window. When Aaron from Tru View came out to measure for the replacement, he discovered we had installed the parts backwards. A screwdriver later, voila!!! the window works just the way it was supposed to. No charge. You had better believe that Tru View will get the call when we actually do need to replace windows. Thank you Aaron and Tru View.

We broke our window and I called a number of places without any success of replacing the window within a week or more. I had left a message with Sunny State Glass and they called us after 5 when most places close. They were able to replace the window the next day. Dwayne was so efficient and pleasant we couldn't be more pleased with his work and promptness. He will be out go-to-guy from now on. We highly recommend them.

Issue 100% resolved as quick as it gets!
Our master bedroom sliding glass window wouldn't fully shut. After calling +10 service providers, the best I was able to get was an appointment for a technician to come out a full 7-8 days later. In the Arizona summertime, that just wasn't going to work.
Then I called John at Valleywide Glass and was able to explain the situation to him. To my delight, he was able to have a friendly technician at my doorstep literally 75 minutes after I first called him!
Valleywide Glass was able to have my issue 100% resolved in less than 2 hours after calling them. That's pretty much as good as it gets.

The work was amazing! Very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. Craig was very responsive, even with our HOA requiring multiple adjustments to the contract. Kris was professional and friendly as he was doing the work. Definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!

Windows and Doors were installed July, 2022. I was referred to this company by a trusted friend who had windows installed and not doors. Should have shopped them. My error.
Upon complaining to the GM Yelonda, she indicated that she would be out with the 1099 Subcontractor Zeb who did the install to review the work. Upon arrival it was the owner, Darin Garcia, Zeb and a door rep. I stated, wow the owner showed up, he states and I quote, If you lived in South Phoenix and talked me down on price, I wouldn't be talking to you. (I live in Scottsdale). No more really needs to be said. At that point I knew what I was dealing with, and he was consistent.
Through my journey of cleaning up after my $20k purchase, I found more items and spoke to the Co. about it. I learned they DO NOT like customers who complain. Darin then emailed me attacking me personally saying I had personal issues and if I defamed his company on social media his lawyers would be contacting me. What kind of company does that after you spend $20k and express dissatisfaction with their services.
Tony, Salesman (1099 worker) is seemingly pleasant and relative knowledgeable however only provides a small portion of what you will be left with once windows and doors are installed. He did ask me what was important to me. I stated, attention to detail and fit and finish He obviously failed to tell the installers, or they simply ignored him. Fit and Finish was to be desired. Thresholds on every door was a nightmare. Big gaps between the threshold and my flooring. Chalking was marginal. Prior to taking my $10k they showed me how to open and close the kitchen window. I will take responsibility for that as I was leaving on vacation that same day. I don't think they wanted to show me however I found out later.
I received a bid of $4,500 to paint the trim, doors, take the doors off and seal them, correct all the door thresholds that had big gaps left after install. All I was told is the doors are primed and you will need to paint them, period. Later I find out by Yelonda GM that they could have painted them prior for an extra charge. Oops Tony failed to tell me that part. Six weekends Sat. and Sun., 9+ hours a day cleaning up after their mess (Aug. and Sept.) not fun!
Renewal by Andersen warns you of outfits like this who have 1099 workers doing the selling and installing. They all ride off into the sun set and you're left with the general contractor which in this case is.......based on the owners (Darin) comments and behavior......I will let you be the judge.
Interesting, they failed to put the right hinges on a self-closing door going to the pool so Zeb who I believe owns the install company, came out with a hammer and chisel on my $1,200 door to make it fit due to the wrong hinges being installed originally. We call that jerry rig. i was not happy and said so.
Simonton Windows, I believe are good, parent company Cornerstone. Therma Tru doors at this point, junk. One door stick's and to open it you have to push your shoulder into it. Hinges on the self-closing doors squeak already.
I would have paid more and stayed away from this kind of outfit.

This is now our 3rd time using SI for our window needs.
At the beginning of our project, we received quotes from several window companies in the valley and we found our representative Greg Johnson to be very professional and honest.
We realized that although they are not the least expensive company - the windows are amazing quality and visually pleasing.
And it just so happens that each time we purchased, the windows were installed within the promised time frame. What’s not to love about that!
The installers were professional, courteous and clean.
We couldn't be more thrilled with our windows or the company’s overall performance.
This current install will conclude our project but we will continue to refer SI Windows to family and friends.

So i attempted to have an in-home quote but they will not come out until I have a contractor tell me the cost of my demo which wouldnt influence their pricing obviously. All I wanted was a quote on their service and materials for a 10+ foot accordion style patio door as well as 5-7 other large windows for my house. Their sales guy just flat out didnt want to come out to take a look and give a quote ven after scheduling a time and day for it. So now he just wants me to come into the showroom on my own time but the point of an in home estimate was to see the actual site since I know what I want. This makes it much more inconvenient for me.Cant say this company was that excited for my business. Never heard of a company canceling an in-home quote. The 2nd star was because the person was cordial.Per the owners response below: I had specs and a very specific idea of what we wanted/needed, my wife had already told me to start with the specifics with a company ie: she told me to reach out and make the decisions. Whether I have chosen a contractor or not is immaterial as I was looking to purchase materials from Lifetime. 22k later I am happy with my decision to go with Pella and I recommend them highly.

My mom needed a new sliding patio door, and after contacting several companies, Freelite was the obvious choice. Every single person I had contact with at Freelite was friendly, helpful and went over and above. From Karen and Lorrie in the office, to Josh who did the estimate, to the installation team of Ivan, Tyler and Leo, each exceeded all expectations. Mom's door is beautiful and works perfectly after the team made sure every little detail was just perfect. If you need windows or doors, Freelite will not disappoint.

I chose Econ Windows after first calling a nearby glass company that offered zero help with my unique needs. THIS COMPANY (Econ) was immediately patient with me and receptive to my situation. I’m a mosaic artist who needs a glass connection; Econ Glass will now be my go-to company! But, why? Because Jason who I believe is the owner was amazing. He offered advice on what I am experimenting with and he is exactly what i was looking for. I choose companies based on their customer service and this place is where it’s at. I’m definitely loyal to this company for my art needs and other window needs. Thanks so much Jason!!!! So glad I called!!!

The entire process with Red Rock window and door was top notch. He stuck to his estimate and got the door and frame installed in the time agreed. Thomas's recommendations were spoken like a true professional who knows the business, and we went with everything he suggested. We originally wanted to replace the wood door with another wood door, but he explained why a composite door and frame would be a better choice because of the durability of the composite material. The door and Fram are no installed and painted, and we couldn't be happier. Red Rock should be your first call for any window or door work

Hired Jeremy because I was referred to him through Jim and Dawn from Home Depot. Jeremy came to remove the shower door and I paid him half of the agreed upon fee. However, when trying to get him to come back and install the new shower door the guy kept rescheduling and he was not proactive with his communication. I'd have to message him to ask what time he was coming and then he would have excuses why he couldn't come that day. Lots of good contractors in Phoenix but this isn't one of them.
