We used Imperial Windows and Sunscreens to install 5 sunscreens on our windows to protect our turf that was recently installed. I was referred to them by my neighbor. I called and spoke to Kyle. He was great and was able to come look at our windows within a few days as we were on a time crunch. He gave us options and was very helpful. They were able to get us scheduled ahead of time since we were in a rush to get our windows done before we left town.
Roy did the install and he was great too. Great experience and employees. thank you!

April 22 I called and had an estimate on screen door. Paid in full. Been getting a run around since. it is the end of May and still no door. Can't contact them because their mail box is full. A business that does'nt empty their mail box?! You don't want customers to leave a message to have work done? Shame on you. Not a way to run a business. Very unprofessional and very upsetting to say the least. Will not use them or recommend them to anyone, I can't say enough negative about this company.

Called for quote, very overpriced on labor and when I said no thank you was very short and hung up phone. Other companies at least say thanks for calling and are a bit more customer service oriented. For that 3 stars

Affordable Windows came highly recommended by a family member. Their quote was extremely reasonable. Our salesman, Bill, was very thorough when he explained the dual pane window structure (the high-quality materials that reduce noise and are airtight) and the window replacement process. We split our window replacements into two different dates about a month apart. They were very flexible with scheduling the install. They also replaced our front door with a door that has an airtight seal and added a screen door which we love.
The installers, Devin, Mason, and Oliver were punctual, professional, and very courteous. They explained the process prior to beginning work, and went above and beyond what they needed to do. We were impressed with how thorough they were and how they cared about the quality of their work, really going the extra mile! They removed all blinds and reinstalled them when the job was completed. Since the installation, we have noticed a reduction in our electric bill, with electricity use rated a 10 by SRP for the first time in 20 years. When replacing our door, they had to remove some internal trim which needed to be changed slightly before it was reattached. They did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to replace their windows and doors.
