Dependable glass is great!!! Very professional and also quick. Within a few weeks of getting a quote my glass was installed. Lance and Carlos came out to do the install and they were both very nice and professional!! Highly recommend!

I have a house with a lot of windows and I had gotten a couple of bids already, they had better windows and a better price. The installation went really well too. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before you buy windows from someone else.

Had a great experience with this company and specifically with Tyrone. He drove across town the day I put my request in to take a look at our issue. He was very quick to give me an estimate and get the work done. Tyrone kept in communication with me the whole way, letting me know what was coming and when. We are very disappointed in the service especially since we paid in full on good faith that the job would be done to our satisfaction as stated in the contract. We ordered doors and screens on 9/25/21. The doors were delayed multiple times and finally installed on 5/31/22. The screens for the doors have had to be sent back to the warehouse twice for repair. During the 2nd attempt to install the screens, they discovered there were parts missing that needed to be ordered so the screens were delayed yet again. The new date to install screens is 11/21/22. This is totally unacceptable. It's taken over a year for this job to get done correctly. And, it's still not done. If the screens can't make it out of the warehouse without being damaged then that now makes me question the quality, also.

Love the new shower! In and out in one day, what a great experience. Nathan G and Mark H gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way and they showed up 15 minutes early! Clean, efficient and the end result was everything I hoped for. I will definitely recommended Dreamstyle again, as well as call them back for my future projects.

Attempted multiple times to contact and schedule a quote for 2 weeks with no answer/call-back. No indication on their website or voicemail that they are either out for the holidays or closed, or providing some other reasoning. I would not trust any work be completed by this company if they can't even return a simple phone call.

We had an unusual request. We needed a large bathroom mirror cut down to fit better over the vanity, in our recently purchased home. They arrived at the scheduled time, took the mirror off the wall, trimmed it to the size we needed, and remounted it. No fuss no muss.

Great job changing out glass at an active retail location. Client was super pleased and so was I. As an out of state contractor, it is difficult to find help you can trust. This was my most important client and I apply solar, safety and anti-graffiti film to about 150 locations a year. This client means a lot to me and Rem Ad walked in, did their job and walked out. Not fuss or muss and I was able to get my film up all while the store was open. Great company to come in with the assist!

Phil did a great job replacing a broken window for me. As an out-of-state landlord, sometimes it's hard to know who to turn to for repairs but Phil came recommended. His price was fair and it was worth every penny knowing I could trust him to handle the job and any obstacles my tenant might put in the way. He was responsive and professional.

I have Geico and used Nuvision for my windshield replacement. They sent J&M Affordable Auto Glass for the job. Javier installed my windshield for our BMW x5 but it wasn't until my husband drove my car the next day that he realized our HUD (heads up display) was blurry on the glass.

We contacted Nuvision and after some research (by them), they were able to approve another visit to fix the issue. Javier came back again and installed the proper glass that worked with our HUD and now, it's perfect! We can see the HUD clearly on the glass without the literal headache.
