Best Termite Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Lisa Trott completed our termite inspection. She was on time, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Michael was our technician. He arrived early and completed the job over a couple of hours. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. Our experience with Bill's Pest and Termite was exceptional and we would recommend them to our family and friends.

It feels like their coming out is just a formality, going thru the motions in 10 minutes or less just to justify the $35/mo. Still seeing ants, spiders and scorpions on a regular basis, always with an excuse; It's the weather, it takes time, seeing a little activity is normal, our product drives them out so You'll see more for awhile. I suppose that all makes sense. What doesn't make sense is paying $35/mo to hear explanations for WHY I'm seeing bugs as opposed to just seeing bugs.

This is a great Company, they really went above and beyond when treating our home for termites. We thought we might have been treated before and Chad took the time to check to see if the paperwork for our home had been filed with the State. They came out and did an excellent job and the owner came over to make sure the job was going well. I would highly recommend them.

Today I was scheduled for my pest control service. I met a very professional young man named Cameron who did a fantastic job, even took his shoes off when he came into my house, as he saw I was cleaning, That’s professionalism! We originally just called Alex out for spiders, but little did we know we had a rattlesnake on the property and Alex bravely picked it up and took care of it. He had every right to charge us for that service but he said he was already here and didn’t see the point in charging us for that!! That just shows what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. The second time Alex came out it was mosquito season. We had a BIG mosquito issue! He explained to us how the pesticide worked and the following outcomes of what to expect! There have been no issues since then! We are so relieved!! Thank you so much Alex and Copper State staff!!

I'm one of Josh's first customers. Having owned my own remodeling business, I know what I am looking for when I do business. Unfortunately many folks feel that they are dealing with a good company when they aren't because they don't know what a job really takes to get done or what to really look for, too often they comment on their experience -which matters, but they would not know if they were being cheated or short changed. Josh enjoys what he does it shows and he is committed to customer service. You get a good deal on a good product and service with Josh. He cares about you as his customer and strives to do a great job. He doesnt show up just so he can get paid. I highly recommend his services. PS- I'm from the Midwest and because of the the way Josh does business, he would be successful there as well

The gentleman that does the home inspection has been to our house many times, and is extremely professional and always on time.I have some difficulty when it comes to calling the office to set appointments. It took two weeks for them to get back with me only for them to tell me I needed to renew my plan and then I would have to have a home inspection before I could get treatment. All is well and good but now the treatment cannot be scheduled till mid December 6 weeks out and it’s basically eight weeks then from the time I called I think that, it’s not really acceptable. She said it’s due to it being a high season time for termites in my answer was wow stores usually hire other people when they need seasonal help I just felt very brushed off because they did not schedule me for two weeks after I had been calling and then I get pushed out for six more weeks for treatment.

We had a pest issue they came out same day, actually within hours to inspect and recommend treatment, they were out the following week, on time, very courteous and did a thorough job. We were very happy with the customer service, responsiveness and overall quality of the job. Highly recommend

So far, I've had a great experience with Moxie- I called Friday night around 11:30 pm to schedule an appointment asap. They didn't have any openings until Tuesday, however, they did call me on Sunday to let me know they had someone cancel and that they could come out that day.I chose to keep my Tuesday appointment (today) and I'm very please with Josh N., the Field Expert who came out today. He was very kind, knowledgeable, informative, and professional!Also very patient- I have 2 dogs, one that is very protective when my husband isn't home & I have a toddler, so it was difficult for him to talk without being interrupted by my dogs barking (and my 3 year old lol), but he never once seemed irritated or upset, not even when he would step outside so I could move my dogs to another room.Thanks a lot Josh & Moxie Company! 10stars :)
