Technician Steph provided a thorough check inside and outside my house for termites. She explained what she was was looking for and why it was important. Very educational! Upon observing no evidence of termites I was pleasantly surprised to learn that no further action was recommended other than annual reinspection. No sales pitch to recommend products and services that I did not need. Bills has proven to be a competent and honest business worthy of my trust.

We had been in our home about ten years without seeing any scorpions in our home, when nearby road construction seemed to shift them to our area. We began to see a lot in and around our home. We got connected initially with Blue Sky 7 - 8 years ago for every other month service and since that time rarely see any scorpions in our home. They are great to work with in that we get notified the day before they are coming. We have never had a missed service date. We get e-mailed updates as to what they are seeing. When we saw a termite trail start a couple of years ago, we had Blue Sky come. We experienced the same professionalism with this team. Living in Arizona seems to necessitate using a pest service at least every once in awhile. Blue Sky does a great job for our needs.

Brad offers an AMAZING service. He and his wife were extremely kind and prompt in responding to my inquiry. Brad showed up at the time we agreed upon. He asked how long we had lived in the house and what type of pests we have seen. His vast knowledge of each pest was apparent as he described the nature of the pests, their habits, and the best way to get rid of them. The price was very affordable and comparable to other services. However, the thoroughness of the service was far beyond any other company we have worked with in the past. As an added bonus, Brad was extremely polite, personable, and felt like a friend by the time he left. We will definitely stick with Urban Desert Pest Control forever!

It was finally time for us to get a pest control company to come out to spray as a precaution, as first time home owners. So many companies out there to choose from. To learn Copper State Pest only started in 2021 is mind blowing. Everything from scheduling to paying is as easy as it gets. Based on my research, this was by far the best bang for our buck due to the extensive spraying they do at your house. Alex came out to our house, and just like everyone else, we have nothing but AMAZING things to say. It’s important if you have someone come into your house , they make you feel comfortable. So grateful for Family First Pest Control, I don't have to worry about any bugs or pests around my house. Every other month, they come and treat my house and have not even heard a cricket since. We have been using this service for about a year and a half now after we started having issues with roaches. ? We have only found a few since and they have been dead. ?? Eric is the tech that usually comes out. He is the best! He is so friendly, professional, and informative. He explains everything clearly and listens to any minor concerns I may have. He’s so fast and thorough at his job.

Great people! Great service! They also do termites. Another company I got an estimate from about a year ago told me I had termites everywhere. This same company left my gate open and one of my dogs got out. Cody from Arizona Organic looked everywhere inside and out twice. This was just to make sure because I told him what the other company said. He told me he only saw evidence of termites in 1 room.

Diego was great! He was professional and efficient at spot treating our garage for termites after we'd seen some tubes pop up recently. He was friendly and also shared some information that was very helpful to me as a new homeowner, and gave me his card if we ever need anything else.Luckily the previous owners had a termite warranty with Action, which was transferred to us, so we didn't even have to pay for this. Over all, great experience with Action so far.

Arizona Heat Pest Services was prompt in returning my call. A technician, Chris K was at my door in a few hours. He listened carefully and asked a few questions to determine the nature of my problem. He also answered all of my questions in detail. After a thorough investigation, he found no evidence of a bed bug infestation. A treatment was not necessary.
