I have been using Bills Pest Control for months now and I am highly satisfied with their service. They do such a thorough job inside and out every time they come. My tech always takes the time to ask about any concerns I may have, they even wear booties over their shoes when they come inside to spray. Everyone is so nice and friendly to work with. Would highly recommend them!!

I have used this company for over two years now and they are ones who can be trusted. I use them for two different properties and always receive the best customer service/professionalism. Their product does the job especially since one of my properties is used as an air bnb rental. My clients and I except to have no pests, and this company can make that happen.

Justin has been servicing my mother's home for a few years, and has provided excellent service. He always contacts me the day before to let me know when he'll be arriving, and if there any issues he should know about prior to arrival. I also like that the ingredients used for controlling insects and pests outdoors are organic and safe. And, it actually always smells nice when he leaves, not chemical-like.

Austin came out to our house to inspect for what we thought were bed bugs and he told us they weren't bed bugs! I really appreciated his honesty! We ended up signing up for a service he recommended that was way less expensive to get rid of the carpet beetles. Austin was very professional and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this company!!

Omgosh...we moved here the last day in May and needed pest service. WOW ... can't believe exactly how hard it was to get companies to call back when looking for service!

Finally, after many no call backs, and no shows, a dozen reasons why they couldn't show up....like rain...where we live we saw very little rain. Finally, we signed up with Angie's List. Our lucky day. We received a coupon booklet from their company and immediately found this company. We called them and they scheduled an appointment with us for the next day!!! Zachary, our technician, arrived much earlier than expected, he did have to return, not his fault but ours!

He came back exactly when he said he'd be here. We spent a great deal of time together; him educating us, and answering our bizillion questions. He got his job done and we slept very good that night!!!

Legit best pest control service in AZ with reasonable prices. I had my front, backyard and inside of my house serviced and had no issues with pests in my house for months. I have a home that is near irrigated parks and I get immense amount of mosquitoes but they solved that issue as well.

We are BIG fans of CPM. I've worked with this crew on several different projects, but the one that stands out is pest control for our home. We live by a desert preserve, and our backyard faces a beautiful undeveloped wash. We love it, but it is a never-ending fountain of scorpions and other nasty critters. Complete Pest Management stops all that stuff. We have their regular service because we need it and because it's a game-changer for our little family. Highly recommended.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.
