I needed concrete repairs for my driveway and concrete flooring in my garage. I called several companies, but none was willing to come out and give me an estimate. I finally found this company online and gave them a call. They came out the next day to look at the job. They were very professional and explained everything they could do to repair my concrete. I decided to go ahead with them, and I am so glad that I did! Thanks guys!

In regards to performing the actual jacking of our home Ram Jack did a good job. However, the work to get there was not satisfactory. They quoted the job to be completed in six days. It took them 4 weeks to complete the job. They were not careful when digging out the holes to drill the piers. They damaged the house brick, dug up shrubs, damaged water lines. It took several calls and visits for an agreement we both were satisfied with. Not impressed with this company overall.

I was informed about the progress of the project throughout the whole process. The professionalism was obvious. The project was completed on budget and in time. It looks great! The initial start of service was rough. The crew had several equipment issues after arriving about an hour late and had to cancel the day. Showed up the next day with better equipment and work proceeded well. Finished in two days and our patio looks amazing. I'm very pleased with the final product and have had several excellent comments from neighbors on the look of our patio.

Called 5/20 to schedule sprinkler valve repair. Scheduled for 3 p.m. on 5/21. Texted company owner at 1:21 p.m. Are you or one of your guys still planning on coming to our house at three? Just making sure that somebody will be there when you come. Received no response. Texted owner again at 3:17 p.m. Where are you? He responded I'm sorry one of my workers had an accident. I'm not going to be able to make it. Would have been nice to have been notified of his inability to come *prior to* the actual appointment time, and without me having to contact him to find out they weren't coming. Very unprofessional.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
