Best Termite Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Villa came and did a full termite treatment on my home about 5 years ago. Since then we have had very little activity. Recently we spotted a few spots on the rear of my home and they came out and treated it very quickly. The people I talk to on the phone and the guys that come out are always friendly and do a very thorough job.

We've used Blue Sky for 8+ years and they have been so great, knowledgeable, reliable, immediately come out if any issues have been spotted, and have rid us of a bug/scorpion problem. A+ service!

Great office team and wonderful service professional. Very, very impressed. Went out of their way to accommodate my requirements. My sister recommended them, and though we don’t always agree, in this case she was right. I hadn’t really noticed any bugs other than gnats, which were driving me crazy, but in the next few days there were some dead bugs around so I was glad I called them. ...and no more gnats!

Sal is our technician for our business and he is amazing. He is very detailed and efficient everyday and is always on top of what needs to be done that day as well as next services. He makes sure he stops and speaks to us about anything that needs to be done and gives us his opinion of any treatment suggestions and basically he is not here to just collect a paycheck. We are very appreciative of the service that Burns provides us and our business and having Sal as our technician.

Jack called before he arrived so that I could make sure pets were in the house.

Best pest control company I have ever had!

Eric and Insectek Pest Solutions have been tremendous. They take the time to explain everything and are always available for questions. They take a great deal of care in protecting our home and the surrounding environment. I recommend their program to all my friends and neighbors. We have a great deal of trust in Eric.

Deandre has been great, always polite, smiling....does a great job. Sprays around outer perimeter of house and yard for pests, and checks rat baits that are around yard, for any activity in the area. Sometimes I need to change times or days, and they are always obliging and helpful.

The company is good, but their employee who checks the outdoor traps is horrible. He'll call and leave a message when he's going to stop by, waits for no response, then shows up whether or not you are home. Our backyard traps have not been checked for 3 years due to this behavior. That's not customer service.

They are the best! We have been using them since we bought our home 4 years ago. They helped us get rid of the ants and keep the scorpions out as well. Any time we need anything they are prompt, on time, and have the best customer service. I highly recommend them.
