Best Termite Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Ryan was very nice and informative. It turns out that our area is not prone to termite activity. I've heard some pest companies will try to sell you a treatment when you don't actually need one. Not the case here! I will be using them again in the future! A good honest company to deal with.

Best exterminators ever - you will not be disappointed! After being dissatisfied with 2 well-known exterminators, I found Urban Desert on Yelp, and with their 5-star-only reviews I decided to try them and am completely impressed. First off, they listen to your concerns and are very affordable. Second, they take off their shoes in my house, without me having to ask! No contract services but I wouldn't even mind a contract because I want Urban Desert, and only Urban Desert, to come every other month to keep back the scorpions (I live next to a mountain). Thank you guys and keep up the great work!! :)

I had some bugs appear this summer, I called they came back out and sprayed again no charge and it was 45 days later, I've used these guys for years they are great.

In 2017 we used Burns to treat our home for bed bugs. Somehow while they were treating the house they knocked our TV off the dresser and cracked the screen. We noticed about a week later when we moved back in (stayed elsewhere until we felt comfortable the bugs were gone). The manager basically acted like I was lying trying to get money out of them and refused to acknowledge his guys would do that and not tell him. Completely naive. After going back and forth and driving to their office they finally agreed to pay me a very small amount. (I think like 100 bucks). It was a 32 inch flat screen smart TV which at the time you couldn't find one for less than 2 or 3 hundred. When I pay $2500 for a treatment i told expect better care and also customer service. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the treatment worked and we haven't had any problems since.

We have been using Family First Pest Control for a little over a year now and it's great to finally have pest control that works! Josh took care of our 10yr long scorpion problem! We used to get 1-3 every month, even with cats, and now we've seen ZERO! Josh is very knowledgeable, always on time, and he has competitive pricing. No chemicals inside my house and no treating near my garden and we are still bug free! Love that they are family owned local business too, check them out, you won't be sorry!

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

Every time I have an issue, they always get someone out as soon as they can. We really like our service guy Bronson, he's the best. Always pleasant, on time, always explain everything in a way we understand what is needed or being done.
To this date I still recommended Western Exterminator.
