Inspection was done very thoroughly and suggested the type of treatment that can help. It was very professional and i liked the way that they did not try to oversell anything. Codie the technician came on time and spent like 4 hours to do the job. He was not in a hurry and kept discussing with me on every phase of the job. I am overall satisfied and hope not to see the termites again in the house. Overall a 5 star job and company. Thanks so much.

Chad and his team have been invaluable in our Rat Saga. Other services misidentified the source of the infestation and were, frankly, stupid charlatans. In addition to providing timely service, following up on the issue, and communicating clearly, Chad also went out of his way to give us a low-cost alternative to fixing the remaining issue rather than charging us for further work that would not have served our needs. He offered his expertise, free of charge, and his thoughtfulness. Can’t recommend them enough.

Brian came out today and he was so friendly and answered all my questions that I had regarding the treatment. He even gave the dogs some milk bone treats a few times. He was absolutely the greatest! He did our whole inside, even getting into every little corner and all over the backyard. We have used several other pest control companies and they have nothing on Green Home pest control. (Not even the company with the same first name). This is our second treatment with them, we haven’t seen anything alive since the first treatment. If you are looking for amazing service, wonderful people and quality care then you MUST call them and schedule and appointment. Trust me they are hands down the absolute best!!

Alex the owner is awesome, I’m sure like everyone we wanted no bugs , scorpions, or any creepy crawlers in our house, with that said we purchased a new home, and when we got there after the people had moved out, we found roaches, ticks, scorpions, and some other stuff that I don’t even want to mention, and we were freaked out.
Our realtor heard about Alex and recommended him to us , Thank you Alex thanks for your patience. Thank you for taking care of us. I don’t know what more to say but we picked the right pest control guy. Btw no subscription, great prices and a nice guy with so much knowledge of the area and its intruders. Great tech knowledgeable and professional

After finding several scorpions in the house and yard the weekend we moved into our new house, we called Family First. Our neighbors swore by them, and they were right! Josh came out and did an excellent job with perimeter treatments that redirected the scorpion trail away from our property. The few times we would see one, he was out within a day or 2 to re-treat (free if within 60 days of last treatment). He also shared his knowledge, patiently explaining how the various critters get around, and how.to deal with them. They only use quality products that are pet and kid safe, which is an important thing for us. Very satisfied!

I had seen a few cockroaches and some earwigs in a new house I bought so I gave Insectek a call. They were very helpful in getting me the right package and not trying to overcharge me. They've been by twice now and haven't seen a bug since they started. David G. is my technician and he is awesome. Extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend this company!

This was our second visit from MasterTech. Zack is our technician. What a nice young man. He is friendly to our Dogs and is professional all the way. He also took the time to explain the different kinds of ants which I found fascinating. I really appreciate the level of customer service from MasterTech. Love these guys!

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.

I hired them to get rid of the pigeons at my residence. Their technician came in and suggested a $780 service. I paid the service, they broke few of my titles on the roof and didn’t solve my problem, the pigeons are still there, putting their eggs and making a big mess.
I got in contact with their customer service that told me that I would have to hire them again for an additional service, that would be trapping the pigeons for extra $500!
Don’t lose your time and money with them.
