When I noticed a few termite tunnels at my home I contacted Bills to perform a termite inspection. They inspector came out a few days later and did a complete inspection of the home. They were very informative and let me know of the available options and cost. They did not pressure me to set up an appointment to use their services they provided me with a written statement of the cost and what would be provided. I set up an appointment and they arrived right at the appointment time. They did a great job and the cost was exactly as stated by the inspector that came to our home. I was very happy with their service.

I've had Alex spraying my property every 6 weeks for a while now and have nothing but good things to say. Most companies will give you a 2 hour arrival window. Alex tells me 8am, gives me a notice that he's on his way, and he's there at 8am. He's punctual, professional, courteous, and gets the job done. He doesn't rush out the door to wrap up in 45 minutes; he takes the time it takes to properly spray, set traps, etc. I've had various pest insects and he's had a solution for all of them. We used to find a dozen scorpions or more a night hanging around the block walls. That's now a problem of the past. I don't *need* to spray as often as we do anymore, but the peace of mind and quality of service is worth it.

I like the frictionless interaction from hiring to Bill paying. I get auto notices they are coming. And can communicate directly with the applicator via text. It can be contactless if you wish. I never have them come inside and still no bugs to speak of. Cost is competitive but their level of professionalism is the best. From applicator appearance, trucks, customer interface and experience. I have them doing my house and a commercial property with 20 units.

Potential New Hire Review:I audit and rate new and upcoming places on hireability, pay, friendliness, and customer practices.Hiring Process:I got interviewed then moved onto a second interview if you pass the first one.After that I was offered a ride along during which I wore the uniform and sprayed houses myself and interacted with customers as a technician for a 10 hour shift, I used chemicals and sprayed private properties, despite me not having a license or training to do so. I also was not on the payroll. I worked for 10 hours and asked for pay and they said if I accepted their job offer then they will pay you. It seems like an ok job but pay is too low for quantity and knowledge based work.Legal Issues:I worked 10 hours performing labor while unlicensed and untrained although I worked with potentially hazardous and dangerous materials... and when they offered me the job requesting I join them I declined as I already have a job and just audit companies on the side. They then refused to pay me for the time I worked which If civil suits is your thing there is great potential to sue and there are some minor and major issues regarding the fair labor standards act. Either way if you are looking for a quick buck in fees they would have to pay go for a ride along then sue.Van Tracking and Safe Driving:If you become a technician they have a dash cam system in all vans that track your movements and how well you drive you are reprimanded heavily for arriving to work late and it seems driving poorly is less reprimanded but still important to them.Salesman Incentives:They promote their technicians to try and sell or at least meantion and pass on information to sales team for them to call and bother you to join a locked in year contract for services such as weed or mesquito control, This should be changed to a monthly or quarterly contract or have options to opt out, many customers on my ride along argued with us on not being able to cancel after you purchase a contract. I cant speak to the complaints authenticity though.Overall thoughts:Overall the company seems decent and like a good reputable company for the customers, as an employee it seems better than average but still not as good as other jobs available to arizona citizens.Technician starting pay: $16.00Professionalism: 8.5 / 10Cleanliness: 7.5 / 10Friendliness: 10 / 10Employee Appreciation: 5 / 10

I purchased 1 Angie's List deal and Brent agreed to provide a second service at the same price for our other house where my in-laws live. This company and I had extraordinary encounters with scheduling and completing our service, and through it all, Zach, the tech, and the woman who did the scheduling (sorry, forgot your name) were amazingly understanding and flexible, with no hint of frustration. They kept reaching out for an opportunity to complete the pre-paid service, but were not annoying.

When Zach and his assistant did finally come to spray the house, they were extremely polite and professional. They seemed to do a thorough job. They were quick to spray inside and out, and to completed all the necessary paperwork. They advised me of cost-saving deals I may want to take advantage of, and were helpful in scheduling the service for our second property.

We plan to use them on a regular basis for both homes.

This is a fantastic service. It's hard enough to know you have to call someone because of pests in your home - in my case mice - I was totally creeped out.

When Tyler came he said he would take care of everything and he did. He emptied cabinets, vacuumed, moved and cleaned behind my washer and dryer, and put everything back perfectly. He is one of the nicest and most pleasant persons I have ever met.

The rates are reasonable le and if five is the highest star rating , rating they deserve ten.
