I recently had Bill's Pest and Termite Control treat my new home for termites. Casey arrived promptly and did a great job. He explained the process clearly and answered any questions that I had. Best of all, they saved me quite a bit of money over the other quote I received from SOS. I've even recommended them to a neighbor who also had a great experience using Bill's.

Very good service....swept down spider webs in corners of porches, last company didn't do that.

I was already a happy customer of Urban Desert Pest Control for normal pest control services, but today I expanded to Termite treatment. When we purchased our home it came with a termite warranty from another company that left me seriously underwhelmed. Matt and Tino came out this morning and put my mind at ease with the 5 star service that is standard with Urban Desert. Punctual, Informative, Thorough, Affordable - I couldn’t ask for more! I highly recommend this company. This was our first time using an exterminator - we called after observing and killing a scorpion . The technician they sent over, Eric, was a very conscientious and knowledgeable person. It gave us peace of mind speaking with him and watching him work. Eric did a very thorough job but even more than that he truly understood our concerns and gave us very useful information. We will sleep better tonight knowing that we started this process and that this company and Eric is on the job.

Been working with Austin and AZ Heat for years. These guys are attentive, informative, and do a thorough job. They have serviced several of my homes for any critters from bed bugs to crickets, black widows, and scorpions. No need to risk it for a shotty job on the cheap, from unqualified pest control. Better to stick with the experts.

Hector came and did a fantastic job. We have a lot of black widows and earwigs. He came out and sprayed everything, including the inside of my house. This company is definitely worth your time and your money. He was friendly, funny and thorough.

I purchased 1 Angie's List deal and Brent agreed to provide a second service at the same price for our other house where my in-laws live. This company and I had extraordinary encounters with scheduling and completing our service, and through it all, Zach, the tech, and the woman who did the scheduling (sorry, forgot your name) were amazingly understanding and flexible, with no hint of frustration. They kept reaching out for an opportunity to complete the pre-paid service, but were not annoying.

When Zach and his assistant did finally come to spray the house, they were extremely polite and professional. They seemed to do a thorough job. They were quick to spray inside and out, and to completed all the necessary paperwork. They advised me of cost-saving deals I may want to take advantage of, and were helpful in scheduling the service for our second property.

We plan to use them on a regular basis for both homes.

Jerod completed our inspection and extermination and was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job and we are now repeat customers. Highly recommend!
