We are very pleased with Bill's Pest & Termite!!!We have had both a house and a detached shop inspected and treated by them; the house about a year and a half before the shop. Gemma is the Termite Expert that came out to do both initial inspections/quotes and she is fantastic: prompt, thorough, professional and friendly, and she even found evidence of termites that we hadn't found before she got here. When she came out to do the initial inspect/quote on the detached shop, she also did a “check-up” inspection on the house just to make sure that all was still good. The young men that came out to do the treatments were also prompt, very professional, and friendly.Bill’s prices are extremely fair and reasonable and they run their business in a very efficient manner; you get the quote for treatment and the treatment scheduled right then and there before the Termite Expert leaves your place.It is easy to tell by the employees of Bills Pest & Termite, that it is a family owned business that is devoted to good service and happy customers.

We've been using Blue Sky's bi-monthly service for nearly a decade and they keep us pest-free! I like the text alerts about my service...I can call and reschedule really easily if needed. They are friendly, they always answer any questions I have about critter activity, and they show up when they say they will.

Excellent in every way. The first treatment helped a little but we still had pests so Steve came back to do a second treatment and results have been great! It’s kind of gross but we’ve been seeing a few dead cockroaches every day for a week now. And the mosquito problem has also improved but more importantly, Steve was able to figure out that our main problem was likely coming from the neighbor’s green pool. Hopefully they’ll get that treated and the mosquito problem will be resolved but in the meantime, we’re grateful for the reduction. Overall, great service and I would highly recommend!!

Alex was so amazing when my husband and I hired him to service our home. I am TERRIFIED of anything creepy crawly and Alex was on time, even slightly early (kept me informed the whole time on his way), and not only did he spray and evaluate the active bug areas but he also explained to my husband things we can do to watch out for and increase or to do to avoid altogether! He’s definitely not your average pest control company! Highly recommend Alex for all of your pest management needs!

Josh has been servicing our house for a while now and we've been pleased. Before we started the service we were struggling with a scorpion problem. He checked in after the first few treatments to make sure we weren't seeing as many scorpions as we had. We rarely see them anymore, so it's been a big improvement. We had an issue with ants suddenly popping up in our yard after we laid sod, and he came out right away to treat. He's really responsive, if you send an email or a text you won't be waiting forever for a reply.

Enrique, Eric, and everyone at Insectek provides amazing service, communication, and support. They make scheduling (and any rescheduling needs) so easy and are always available for resprays as needed. Highly highly recommend!

I contacted Action Termite because they came up as one of the top rated in the area for pest control, I was able to make an appointment that worked for my busy retired schedule (that was a joke) Art Diaz was the inspector and he was very knowledgeable and straight forward on all items and covered all the questions my neighbor and I had for him and left nothing to guess about, I appreciate competence when dealing with someone who claims to be a professional and Art defiantly is. He scheduled both my neighbor and I for service on October 4, 2022.On October 4, 2022, our technician Fred Flatt arrived and did an outstanding job of drilling, applying the product and filling the holes to where they are barely noticeable, I did tell him that I hope the company is compensating him well due to all the work he put into our homes. All I can say if good job and keep up the great customer service.

We have just completed our initial appointment with AZ Heat Pest Services. Their customer service has been incredible from the very first contact. We sent an email via the web site for an appointment. Within 15 minutes Seth called an we set up an appointment. Seth stayed that Robert would be our contact and he would be at our home between 9 & 10, but would call beforehand. At 0900 Robert called and said he was on his way and would be here in about 35 minutes. He arrived promptly 35 minutes later.
We are so impressed with the service and professionalism of this company.
We will update when our service is completed.

Cole came to inspect and treat the outside of my home today. We have termites and we have mice. Cole is super nice, very professional, and explained processes and chemical treatments that need to be done. Today was my first experience with Moxie, but so far I’m very pleased. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to follow up there is none..... 500.00 down the drain! There is to many pest control companies to have to use someone who can't have the respect of returning your phone call or providing proper service to begin with so we don't have to call for a retreatment. No call back!!!

The company provides monthly pest control services to our home and rental property, they are accommodating with time and their fees are reasonable.

NO. Don't recommend. Poor inspection. Didn't look in hidden, less accessible locations. I still have the exact problem that I hired them to fix and they won't come to correct it unless I pay more money.
