Turned a negative into a positive. When I found termites actively infesting my home they were able to send an Inspector out the day after I called them. Gemma the inspector was very honest and professional. After inspection she gave me a quote and the price was very fair. They were able to send a tech out the following morning to treat my home. So two days after I called them for a quote the work has been completed and I no longer have to worry about my home being damaged. Dallas, the tech they sent was professional and thorough. Overall great to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used this company on several properties and never see termites again. Their prices seem fair and their work is tidy. They have very good communication - the team lead Matthew Lane called in advance and explained everything to me even though I had already received a full explanation when the company came out to quote. Matt worked with Tyler and they left the place looking good and were very polite despite working in 107 degree heat. We will use and recommend them again.

Green home is very uncoordinated, and have a hard time following requests such as; call 20 minutes before you arrive and coming on days you say work for you. Other than that I have never had a problem with their service, if I need a re-treatment they are always happy to come out, or at least try to get something on the calendar.

Always the best. No one else in the state we will ever use. Very highly recommended!

Benny has treated our house for termites and termite prevention several times and he is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This last visit he went above and beyond by coming out twice after hours to ensure he completed the job prior to our bathroom remodel. Mike Willey is also great as the Service Coordinator. Insectek is very responsive to my needs. The staff are very friendly and concerned about any insect problems we have. Jared came to my house today for a regular scheduled treatment and was very attentive to what I said. He is an excellent technician working for an excellent company.

Colton was great, he made sure to get all areas I had seen bugs even in rooms that weren’t originally planned. Was also flexible with my schedule as well. Nice to know it’s all pet-safe and he explained everything very well. Great service, would recommend to anyone looking for safe pest control.

I used Action Termite about 3years ago to get rid of some termite tunnels that we discovered around the foundation of our house and they did a great job. This time I had a small quantity of termites inside my walls that showed up on my bathroom wall with a 2” long trail like a worm. The awesome technicians found where they came in from (a plumbing line) and promptly treated the area (under my jetted tub). Can’t say enough wonderful things about the tech and the company and my warranty covered the service which was no charge. It was a great experience.

Called them to get help controlling scorpions. They sent a guy out. Im sure their average exterminator is better than the one i received. But i can only rate on my own experience. He didn't treat for scorpions only roaches and other bugs which my home doesnt have. He told us there was no way to be rid of scorpions, and if we saw one to kill and not to bother him. We saw 3 scorpions in a 2 week period after he came. Another guy came the next month. He cane and went without notifying us in the house. I have no way to know he was even there but for the bill i recieved. It said once again he only treated for bugs i dont have problems with. I xalled and complained, they offered 2 free months and to send a different exterminator the next day. That guy never came. So, after another few scorpions We decided to call another company. One who takes scorpions seriously. Their guy treated inside and out with strong chemicals and we haven't seen a scorpion since. Your milage may vary.

Nick was very professional, thorough and attentive to our pest control needs! He even does weed control which was a nice add on- especially as the weeds are starting to sprout up! I would highly recommend Fromm Pest Control!

Paul Porco came down and sprayed in December. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately he has already sprayed twice in my home and we are still getting bites and seeing bugs. Good thing they offer a warranty that a lot of other places don't, my suggestion would probably be to wait until you have enough for the heat treatment.

Jacob from Moxie Pest Control was here today, and he did a great job. He has been here before, and I like him very much. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and kind and caring. He did a great job, and I would highly recommend him.

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.
