I used the service to keep all pest down. The agent Justin that is assigned to my area, is always on time, works with me on the scheduling ,because my spouse works at nite and sleep during the day. And he is always willing to try and work around his schedule. He makes sure he explains what he have seen around the house and if it might be a problem or he went ahead and took care of it. Worst company ever they charge me every month 55$ but do not show up. I have called to let them know I want them to knock each time once they get to my home I tried to make a cancellation they told me they charge $210 to make a cancellation when I signed up I asked if there was going to be any cancellation fees and they said there was no cancellation fees never show up Actually think it’s a total scam in customer service leaves me on hold for a very long time sometimes they don’t even answer you

Set up my 3 services so I could be covered with warranty just like Niki said everything done great guy came all 3 times. They charged my debit card 3 times. Now they say they were only here twice when I was charged 3 times then she said they only offer 30 day warranty on flees and ticks!!!! They need to train their employees better so they don't do false advertisement!!!

I have used Ryan with Absolute Pest Solutions on many occasions. As soon as we have an issue his response is immediate and always effective. His heat treatment was the only solution to a bedbug problem that nothing else would solve. He's saved my pine trees from a beetle that was killing them with just one treatment. All of his services have worked beyond our expectations and I know he also guaranteed that if it didn't he would come back and make sure the pests are gone. He is one of the most respectful, patient and honest business men we/ve dealt with. His knowledge and experience are well worth every dollar and I highly recommend him.

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!
