Our condo association had been with a national pest control company for 7 years. We had been dissatisfied with them for a while, and when covid hit, wait times to speak to a representative was upwards of half an hour.
Ryan was referred to us by one of the homeowners who lives here. I contacted him by text and he responded, as he continues to ALWAYS respond. His service is great, he is always professional, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a quality pest control company.

We live in Glendale and have had issues with Scorpions since we purchased over 7 years ago. Over the last year we have worked with Ryan on our scorpion issue. Ryan suggested a product called Aversion. It is like a glass coating that is applied to the perimeter of your house outside and makes it impossible for scorpions to crawl up your foundation thus not being able to get into your house. It is a wonderful product and has made our home life so much better. Thank you Ryan for working with us and finding this solution.

The nightmare of finding and dealing with bed bugs is extremely embarrassing (even though none of our fault) and unnerving. We immediately called Ryan who I have had knockout our termites and pretty much yearly spray for weeds and basic pest services. His heat treatment was the only solution to a bedbug problem that nothing else would solve. He's saved my pine trees from a beetle that was killing them with just one treatment. All of his services have worked beyond our expectations and I know he also guaranteed that if it didn't he would come back and make sure the pests are gone.
