Overall Outstanding Company !!! I used Greenleaf before I called Bills and I have to say Bills is a bit higher priced but the customer service made up for it big time. I live in Anthem and we has I believe his name was Madison but I could be wrong. He was very knowledgeable and Friendly. He did a great job answering all my questions and had a detailed answer for each one. Just terrific customer service all around !! I don't care if some of theBugs come back ha nowadays great customer service is hard to find !!

Where five other businesses insisted what I really needed was their expensive, long term package service, the tech at Urban Desert listened to my request and provided exactly what I wanted for a reasonable fee. They were able to accommodate my scheduling needs and arrived right on time. I will look to them for my future pest control needs. All around a great experience.

Alex the owner is awesome, I’m sure like everyone we wanted no bugs , scorpions, or any creepy crawlers in our house, with that said we purchased a new home, and when we got there after the people had moved out, we found roaches, ticks, scorpions, and some other stuff that I don’t even want to mention, and we were freaked out.
Our realtor heard about Alex and recommended him to us , Thank you Alex thanks for your patience. Thank you for taking care of us. I don’t know what more to say but we picked the right pest control guy. Btw no subscription, great prices and a nice guy with so much knowledge of the area and its intruders. I think if you try him you will have your forever pest control person!

I've been a customer of Burns for several years. Every employee that comes to my house is knowledgeable and polite. I like that they are background checked and have always felt safe. Employees seem to stick around for a long time so they must treat them well. The pest control service seems to work well. Just so-so for weed services as to how well they work.

If you like Technician lying to your face and taking of your yard and animal and invading your privacy while their on your neighbor roof you with them. The supervisor is super dismissive and bushed me off.

He’d ask & listen carefully if we have any issues. Eric is so thorough in and out. He was supposed to spray both the inside and the outside of my house. I paid $110 and he only sprayed the outside. He then lied and said the tenants did not want him to come into the house. Total lie. He made no effort to make it right.

We are most grateful to Rob and Kyle for freeing our relative of this scourge. They were careful in handling her belongings (even finding some precious photos we'd missed), helpful with advice, and timely in meeting all commitments. We are satisfied, and she is comfortable again!

Called them at 6 am they called back to set appointment. Came the same day for inspection and I agreed to the treatment/prevention which started 20 min after the payment. it was all done same day start to finish was very pleased it did not take days inbetween

He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.
I highly recommend Alex and will continue to recommend him and use anytime an inspection is needed. I also use Trojan Pest monthly at work and my condo to keep pests away. Alex and Israel are an awesome team! They are quick and responsive to any situation. I am also always greeted by Dyann nicely and professionally when I call for service!

I signed up for monthly service, and they have not been out for several months. I found a few scorpions in my house, and it took several weeks to get any response.

I was able to book my appointment via the online chat and the person on the other end was very helpful. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day and were able to give me an appointment time, not a window of time. That was great! The tech showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and addressed my pest control needs quickly. He made sure to give me all the information I needed regarding my pests and was courteous of my time. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the whole experience.
