We recently discovered that our home had termites. After some searching on the internet, we came across Bill's Pest and Termite. We read several glowing reviews so we decided to give them a call. The receptionist was very polite and we were able to schedule an appointment for the same week. During the inspection our termite specialist was very informative and helpful in planning our treatment. He was able to answer all of our questions. Our treatment was scheduled for the next week. Our service tech arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining what the procedure entailed and what we could expect. Overall our experience was very good and we highly recommend their services to others!

I've only used Blue Sky a few times. Going to be honest, I feel they are on the expensive side. So far it's kept the bugs away until it's time for another spray. If it keeps going this way it will be worth the price.

I just received our first service from Green Home pest control and am a happy customer so far! Jake, our technician, was very friendly, helpful and provided great service. He thoroughly explained everything before spraying outside of the home. Everyone that I've spoken to on the phone was very helpful as well. Glad to have found a company with such great customer service and would highly recommend them to others. They were also very accommodating to my working schedule and were able to schedule a visit at 7:30 am when their typical hours begin at 8.

Alex has very good integrity. I often communicate with other pest control companies to take care of people with wildlife problems outside of the typical pest services offered by most companies, and it has been a pleasure getting to know Alex. I believe he is worthy of the trust his customers put in him.

Weve used other pest control companys and burns is by far the best , doesnt hurt that Jason is our tech , so professional and does an amazing job , Burns is fortunate to have Jason.

Fred was great and professional. He was here when scheduled quickly assessed the termite problem and drilled some holes and applied the chemical.

I am tired of paying for a service that is not working.I am tired of having to call them out for a respray. I am tired of having problems with Scorpion's. I am tired of seeing the Cobb webs not being knocked down. Tired of new Cobb webs within a month of service. Walked out my front door last night 8/22/2022 and a new Cobb webb formed with a live and well Black Widow spider 2 feet from my front door on my porch down by my barefoot. Same night within minutes of the Black Widow I'm shining my flashlight around near my front porch low and behold a scorpion above my head on my house. I have had to continuously call for resprays for scorpions in both my garage and back yard. I do not like working in my garage and having a scorpion creep up on me. I've been stung once not fun. About 2 months ago I went to pick up a tool only to see a scorpion right next to my hand. I am so disenchanted with the service I did not even bother to call them. I resprayed the garage myself. My respray is still working. I have lost faith in their services. I can't even tell you the last time they were out. I intend to find out Monday. At this point I intent to cancel my contract. I suppose this is why they have a contract. They would not need contract's if they provided Complete Customer Satisfaction. Sure you could call them and have them come back out. This is not the point, I am super busy with work and I don't need another thing to do. I pay them for a service to protect my family and grandkids. I do not want my family, friend or grandkids to get bit by either a spider or scorpion. This is why I hired this company. It is quite simple Moxie Pest Control needs to be a once a month service to be possibly effective. Every 3 month service is not getting the job done!!!! I wish this review could of and should been great! Unfortunately the service is what it is.Robert.I am still waiting for a call back from Chelsea. Started calling on Monday 8/15/2022.Called twice, called 3 times Tuesday 8/16/22. Called twice Wednesday 8/17/22. Called again today 8/18/22. I want to speak with someone who can help me cancel my service contract. I missed the original call by 1 from Chelsea on 8/15/22 by one minute. Called her right back and left a message for her to call me right back and no return call.I emailed her to cancel my service, No Response. I suppose I will call my bank and stop payments, since I cannot get a call back! I think this will catch their attention!!! I suppose I could also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Arizona Corporate Commission.

I had an inquiry about a potential summertime ant infestation problem and I was promptly scheduled for service, and not only did they give me a free bait station but the whole thing ended up being free of charge because it was not an infestation the way I thought it was. This is a great professional company that does right by their customers, for a fair price too. What more can you ask for?
