Gemma came to our home and gave us very reasonable quote to treat our house for termites. She was very friendly and we agreed to have Bills Pest and Termite treat our property. A few days later Michael came out to drill and spray. He did a good job and explained what we should do and watch for in the future. This company was on time and so far we have experienced excellent customer service. Hopefully the pesky termites are gone for good, but they do include a year warranty with their termite service.

We have been using Blue Sky for over 10 years, they consistently exceed our expectations. Very professional, extremely thorough, and great reporting of exactly what was performed including type and amount of chemicals used. Although we have only had to call for an additional treatment a couple of times, when we did, they come right out and do an extra treatment at no extra charge, no questions asked.

Matt, Hyrum and Tyler did an exceptional job treating my home for termites. They were very thorough and so very professional. Many thanks to them all.

We had a GREAT experience with Trojan Pest Control. They were very responsive to our questions, were able to come out quickly, the technician was on time and very professional. The price was extremely reasonable for the service. We will definitely being staying with Trojan for our future pest control needs.

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!

Jerod was very thorough at identifying the source of my rodent issue in my attic and took alot of time identifying all of the spots they could enter my attic. I no longer have any roof rats thank you Jerod. We also started ongoing pest control and after my first service i was shocked at how many dead bugs turned up on my property would highly recommend eco valley pest control
