We just started our service with Truly Nolan but both the representative that assisted is setting up the service- as well as our technician who called me to explain his visit and he was on his way early, we very professional and nice folks. I appreciate that they were not speaking from a script, and it was an actual conversation. Steve was our service person and called because he was early- and once he found out we are not there full time, he said- no worries- I will take care of everything for you! This service is for a seasonal home, so we have not been there yet- but wanted to have the service started prior to a 1 week trip there in October 2019. (We just purchased the home in March 2019 and have only been there for a long weekend so far). TN was recommended by friends who use them for their seasonal home in Scottsdale as well, so we trust everything will continue just as well as it has started. Thanks!

Insectek has been servicing our home for 2 years now. Always on time or early. Sends scheduled monthly appointment times via text. Always sends a reminder texts and text alerts when technician is on their way. Very easy to reschedule and communicates well via phone or text. Always asks if any pests or insects have been spotted since last service and asks if only wants Exterior sprayed or interior as well (no extra charge). Gives solutions for fruit flies and outdoor house flies. Will come out for free in between services if pests are found. Reliable, dependable and great value. We have been pest free and couldn’t be happier with the service!

Representative Austin Peck was great about explaining what I could expect, what I needed to do to prepare for the heat treatment and my follow-up concerns. Technician Leroy was professional and thorough. This is one of the few companies that warrantees their work.

Josh N. stopped by today and I wish we had him do our service every single time because he was very thorough and helpful with questions and really seemed like he knows what he's doing! Really like this Extermination Company, but that could be because our exterminator Matt is very caring. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats and he is careful as to where and how he sprays and gets the job done. NO BUGS!! THANKS MATT!
