It feels like their coming out is just a formality, going thru the motions in 10 minutes or less just to justify the $35/mo. Still seeing ants, spiders and scorpions on a regular basis, always with an excuse; It's the weather, it takes time, seeing a little activity is normal, our product drives them out so You'll see more for awhile. I suppose that all makes sense. What doesn't make sense is paying $35/mo to hear explanations for WHY I'm seeing bugs as opposed to just seeing bugs.

Tony was on time and very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do. We had a nice chat about different things. Highly recommend.

Alex is amazing and I am so lucky that I chose this company for my service. I called 2 other companies before him due to close proximity- and they were difficult to reach. I called Alex and he immediately contacted me back and set up an appointment to come see the issue that same day! He was very punctual, polite, and respectful in the house. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. I had (so happy to say HAD and not have) a roach problem and Alex diagnosed the issue and was very accurate in his estimate of how many treatments I would need. He is a very honest person because originally we were set for 5 treatments and because of his work i see no roaches after 4 treatments - I wasn’t sure if we needed the 5th and Alex, himself, stated 4 should be fine, gave me a recommendation for a household product, and set up treatment for every so months now for maintenance. He could have just as easily came in for that 5th treatment, I wouldn’t know any better, but he was very honest and has great integrity. His prices are affordable and worth every penny. I appreciate his services so much and would recommend him to anyone including all my family members. If you need an exterminator, Alex is your guy!

These guys are the real deal in Phoenix. I had nothing but issues with our last 2 pest control companies, both wanted to up charge for things Insectek include. They are extremely detailed and my tech Kyle is beyond professional. He makes sure to ask if i've seen anything of concern and spends the time treating those areas thoroughly. I cannot recommend Insectek enough... Fantastic company, and i'm getting family members to switch over from their horrible contracts with the same provider I used to have. Do yourself a favor... save some money from those well known pest control companies, and go with a company like Insectek. You will not be sorry... But the bugs will!

We've been using AZ Organic Pest Control for over 4 years and have always been very happy with their service. Our technician Dan does a great job with the routine service, and has come out straight away on the few occasions we needed quick service (when we had a bee infestation, for example).

Their employees are so responsive to special requests that make my life so much easier in that we are able to be stealthy enough to keep 4 dogs from going absolutely bonkers during the service. I just have the outside treated and have never had a problem with pests inside. I have used Western Exterminatore for years and highly recommend them.

I have had bed bugs more than once. The first experience my land lord paid some other company for treatment and it was a nightmare. They came 3 times over the course of 45 days or so and completely disrupted our life.

The second time in a new place I paid az heat pest myself. When I found bedbugs I was horrified because of my previous experience. I got my home ready for treatment again and az heat pest came out and treated with both spray and heat. We left our home to them and got a hotel for the night. We came home the next day bug free. I already knew the routine from past experience so I didn't have many questions but they were still ready to take the time to answer questions and ease concerns anyways.

I now do monthly visits with Richard. It's a breeze, I get a reminder the day before and morning of everytime. He's always on time and takes the time to hear what's been going on during the month to know what actions to take so we remain pest free from ants, crickets, scorpions, etc. On top of that it makes we worry much less knowing my monthly service is a warranty that covers the cost of bed bug treatment in the future if they ever come back. With how quick and easy they got rid of bed bugs the first time I feel much better when i travel, go to the movies, etc as well. I never want to bring home bed bugs again but it's nice knowing az heat pest services will have my back if it happens.

Moxie is the best pest control company that we ever used - from their scheduling and reminders to their servicing and products. We never had a problem with them and we're definitely going to continue to use them in the future. Our tech Cody F., did a great and thorough job at our house - he took his time and made sure everything was done right inside and out and got us ready for spring and summer monsoon bug season.
