In addition to providing timely service, following up on the issue, and communicating clearly, Chad also went out of his way to give us a low-cost alternative to fixing the remaining issue rather than charging us for further work that would not have served our needs. He offered his expertise, free of charge, and his thoughtfulness. Can’t recommend them enough.
