Just had Brad and Al out to our new home in Goodyear for a new home treatment. We are from Chicago and new to the creepy crawlers out here, so we were unsure what preventative measures we should take.First, couldn't believe the owner of Urban Pest is Brad and that he is the one who came out! Twenty five years in business and he still leads from the front!He took the time to tell my husband and I exactly what he and Al would be doing, then he pulled out his phone, showed us pictures and educated us on what to look for and what pests hide where.He was so personable, answered all our questions, never giving us the impression that he needed to be elsewhere. Just an overall nice guy!Highly recommend Brad and his team! There are no contracts, but we will be having them out again for maintenance!

They always call to tell me the day they are coming , then text so I have time to put up my pups. All I know is I have no bugs in my house and none crawling outside.

Professional, timely and efficient service all around!

My interactions in person were great with the termite inspector and technician, but the office dropped the ball twice. The first time was when the first inspector called out sick and they couldn't get another appointment until later in the week. The second time was when the inspector said he would schedule the termite treatment for Wednesday, but when I called the day before my appointment to confirm it, they hadn't scheduled my appointment at all! They said they couldn't get anyone out to my house for another week. As frustrating as the cancelled appointments and failed appointment-making was, the termite technician, Martin, was knowledgeable and did the treatment as promised. If you're under warranty with TN and get termites they will treat it for free. From the time I discovered the termites myself and called the office for treatment it took 2.5 weeks to get a technician out to my home. It was a frustrating and ultimately relieving experience because they did follow through in the end.

Tyler was our last tech and I must he did a fantastic job. The last few times he’s been out he educated us on why we are swing more activity in the summer. He got the problem areas. The other thing, Insektek employees always have a good attitudes. We are please and happy Tyler

Have used Ambassador Pest control for six years, during which time have not had a pest problem in our home, or even in the yard despite the rear fence being a view fence to open land. They come regularly every month - will do the exterior only if we are not home. Which is the first defense so the interior can go three months. We have a pet and there have been no problems, just be sure the odorless, colorless sprays are dry before your pet resumes wondering the home.
