The technician, Wayne, arrived on time and was polite and professional. He seemed quite knowledgeable about what exactly needed to be done. He got to work immediately and was busy every time I checked to see if he needed anything. When he was done there was no mess for me to deal with. Left me a detailed description of what he had done and what to look for after a few weeks to make sure that the termites had not returned.I will recommend this business and technician to anyone who needs quality pest control services.

Our family stayed in a vacation home in the area and upon our arrival we noticed a lot of unwanted critters. The owner authorized us to have Alex come and and take care of the property. He was very professional and took the time to educate myself and our kids about scorpions. He even gave them a UV light to look for them when the sun wend down. We've used Burns Pest for over 10 years, and only had 1 rate increase, and it was moderate. I like that we have the same service person each month, and that he'll call if he can be there earlier or later. Always helpful with special problems (packrats, squirrels, etc)

We have a new serviceman named Mark. He is polite, efficient, & takes good care of us. Mark always calls before he comes & asks if there any problems. Super Service!!!

Termites! After interviewing 4 companies, insectek provides the most extensive and safest termite treatment. Pricing is also comparable two other companies. James came out to do the inspection and when I decided on insectek James also did the treatment. The treatment was a combination of trenching where are the active termites were outside at the entry point, dusting in the ceiling where the current activity was inside, and putting bait stations around the perimeter of my home. James also put bait stations around the wooden shed. Insectek is the only company that included my shed. There was one company that gave me a quote on the phone without looking at my property. They used basic information from the County website. The County website does not give correct detail that is needed to do a proper termite treatment. Never trust a company that gives you a price over the phone without looking at your property. This company, the 4th, was the most expensive and gave a 10 year warranty. Termite chemical doesn't last 10 years. I'm not going to play Russian Roulette with my home or anything else! Bait stations are effective and safest for mother earth!

We have used this company for years and have been satisfied. Met Herbert today and he did a thorough check of everything given we have a rebuild going on next to us. All clear.
