Best Residential Termite Control in Phoenix AZ

Bill's Pest and Termite Control is awesome! I'm finalizing a VA refinance and the lender informed me on short notice that I had to arrange for a termite inspection using a specific form. Bridget from Bill's was able to come out the next day, they were familiar with the form the VA needed. They are certified, prompt, friendly and reasonably-priced. Thankfully no termites were found but Bridget was able to show me where the prior owner had done treatment and tell me how thorough it was. If I ever need treatment this is who I'll call for certain!

We've used Blue Sky for 8+ years and they have been so great, knowledgeable, reliable, immediately come out if any issues have been spotted, and have rid us of a bug/scorpion problem. A+ service!

I recently was visited by an unwanted roof guest and attempted to dispatch of it myself. At first it seemed easy but over time it began to worry me that I may not get everything despite how much looking up I do on the critters. It was then i decided to begin a search for a pest slayer. I looked at many companies on Google and on Yelp, but late in the evening I finally stumbled across Urban Desert Pest Control. This company stood out the most in my search as it was mainly due to a few of the customer reviews! The reviews that were posted described a company that weren't entirely bound by your normal business hours time of need, and would go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Good sell so far, so why not, I thought to myself. So with that mindset I took a chance and shot a request over to get an estimate and waited to hear back as I went to sleep. I heard from Brad early morning the next day and scheduled the appointment the following day.When Brad showed up he greeted me in a professional and friendly manner. His attitude came off as confident, yet down to earth. I showed him the crime scene where i first discovered my guest and he began to inform me on various nuggets of info about what I am dealing with, how it could have gotten in and how it can be addressed. We went outside and got on the roof so he could showed me exactly where several points of entries were, mainly the exhaust holes. He then began to tell me the best means to address them and could tell i was a DIY guy and laid it out to me step by step. He offered to do the job for me but trusted that I could conquer the task given my ability to already take apart a fart fan and find the guest. No pressure was felt during the entire experience.I felt like i was dealing with the Hank Hill of pest control. If you know the reference then you can understand what praise that could be. Brad came to analyze the scene and relayed this information to me so that I could make an informed decision. The reviews showed me that he goes the extra mile whenever needed for his customers and only focuses on the customer. It is sometimes hard to find a great company like this now a days. The service worked well to control pests. It was easy to schedule, Alex is on time and courteous. The price is very reasonable and I love that I don’t have to have a contract!

Very unprofessional when I called them! I had bought a home here in AZ and the previous owners paid for the full year Burns pest elimination never contacted us or even came by to service the property in over 8 months but they did send me a renewal bill if I wanted to continue the service,hah what service? This is bad business practice I recommend shopping around for a legitimate pest control company!!

I'll start by saying, I'm not surprised to find 811 five-star reviews here. We've had Insectek service our home every two months for the last 3 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. This company's leadership team has it together; it is SO. Well. Run. Customer service is top notch and so are their exterminators! These guys are nothing but professional, knowledgable, nice and so punctual it's spooky.

Justin services our house and has done a tremendous job. Always texts before coming, polite, and thorough. We had a big ant problem before hiring Arizona Organic and we have been very pleased with the results. It is so nice to have a company that actually uses safe ingredients and that I trust.

Herbert was punctual, called ahead as requested and was very nice and professional. I have only been using them for termite control but I think I'm going to switch to them now for all my Pest control needs.

I found these folks through my Angie's List deals. I purchased their services for $99. They came and spray the entire interior and then power sprayed the exterior. I think they did a great job and plan on getting monthly service from them. I am very pleased with the personnel. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my property. This is a business that you can have full confidence in.

I’m a lifelong customer! My boyfriend and I realized we had an ant problem that needed to be fixed right away and we called around tons of places that were just way too pricey and wanted to sell us memberships.
We found watch dog and they were able to send a guy out within a hour on a Saturday! He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He even called a few weeks later to check in and make sure the ants had gone away.... we were super impressed with the prices and the service. We won’t be using anyone else from now on and highly recommend this company!

Technician was very good, polite, pleasant, communicated very well, and explained what he was doing. He cleaned up after the treatment and returned the yard to its prior state. The owner who came out for the inspection and quote was very polite, professional, thorough, and explained the treatment plan very thoroughly.
