Like clockwork Brad and his team come to treat the three ways, at the fence, outside walls, and interior of our house. At the beginning of May, my wife found a bark scorpion in the garage and another in our master bath. After contracting Brad, he was out to service our home again at our convenience, free of charge. Urban Desert lives customer service and customer satisfaction! He now takes care of my parents home and any of our friends in need of pest prevention! I originally scheduled for an 8 am appointment and they pushed me from 8 to 10 to 10 to 12 without asking if I was available. The service guy was very nice but I had to rearrange my whole schedule to accommodate them. Our service technician does an all around great job. The communication regarding the process, safety, and follow-up with past pest concerns is fantastic. We decided to use a pest control company to decrease the amount of prey that could attract scorpions. So far we have seen zero scorpions in the past two years, knock on wood. We've had ants pop up in the backyard but Insectek comes back out for free to spray issues between services. Highly recommend this company.
