My experience with Blue Sky was amazing from the beginning. We were dealing with a roof rat problem and after dealing with so many other companies, we became very frustrated. We contacted blue sky, and we scheduled an inspection. They sent me a thorough treatment plan and were very knowledgeable. We opted to start the treatment which took about a month and a half, during the treatment, they were responsive, communicative and thorough. By the end of the treatment the roof rats were gone and they helped us with future prevention as well. Thank you guys so much!

We use Urban Desert Pest Control for our scorpion problems. We live at the base of a mountain so while the view may be great, scorpions definitely come with the territory. Jim is our technician and he is fantastic, great customer service, takes his time and is very thorough. We have just decided that in the hot months that we need service every month to make sure we don’t have a scorpion problem. Cheap insurance is the way I look at it. Try Urban Desert, they will take good care of you!

My family and I just moved to AZ. I was told by other Arizona residents to treat our home. So after some research, I selected this company.The first person was Bryce, he explained in detail all the services and costs and never pressured me into any decision. I selected the annual pre-paid bi-monthly service for preventative maintenance, along with the one time mosquito treatment. We booked for the first technician visit the next business day.Enrique notified me of his pending arrival and showed up on time as agreed upon. He completed his work in a professional manner and took caution to avoid overspray.He was extremely communicative and detailed on what he was doing in terms of spray and other treatments.Glad to be a customer and very happy with the services.Highly recommended!

Nick and Steve were incredibly professional, thorough, honest, and attentive to our variety of needs! We’ve utilized Fromms for weed control as well as rodent removal and have been very satisfied with all services! Steve came weekly to rebait our rodent traps until the issue was resolved and Nick sealed our home to prevent any further issues. We would highly recommend Fromms Pest Control for all future services!

Austin was very informative about what needed to be done and even took the time to call me back a few days after the services were done to answer my questions. Leroy the tech that actually did the work left my house very clean and organised that made it easy for me to get my things put back in their places. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.

I am not in the habit of reviewing business much but I have to give Kudos to this one. I have been using Trojan for all my pest control and home inspections for several years. I have always found them to be honest and professional. I highly recommend them.

My experience with this company’s customer service was abysmal. Took 8 days of calling daily to get a call back with an appointment, and I’m an existing customer with a service contract!Appointment was arranged for 11/25/22 with a 5 hour window No technician ever arrived!I called company, no explanation, they told me someone would call me with another appointment!Finally, a technician called me the following Monday and arrived at the scheduled time on Wednesday.The technicians were very polite and I have absolutely no complaint with them.Very bad experience for a long term customer with a contract.

I hired them to get rid of the pigeons at my residence. Their technician came in and suggested a $780 service. I paid the service, they broke few of my titles on the roof and didn’t solve my problem, the pigeons are still there, putting their eggs and making a big mess.
I got in contact with their customer service that told me that I would have to hire them again for an additional service, that would be trapping the pigeons for extra $500!
Don’t lose your time and money with them.

Frank and his team have been providing us excellent service for over 20 years. Whether it's an new or old house, he is able to quickly determine our pest control needs and efficiently remediate any situations that arise.

Cole is very polite, professional and when asked questions he explains the answers so well that it makes sense. He is an asset to the company.

I don't know if its a good value or not; I've never used anyone else. More important is that RJ is always willing to teach me and never pressures me about any service or product.
