The technician, Wayne, arrived on time and was polite and professional. He seemed quite knowledgeable about what exactly needed to be done. He got to work immediately and was busy every time I checked to see if he needed anything. When he was done there was no mess for me to deal with. Left me a detailed description of what he had done and what to look for after a few weeks to make sure that the termites had not returned.I will recommend this business and technician to anyone who needs quality pest control services.

We use Burns for a series of termite stations around the house, that they come and check on a set schedule. The company always notifies by email when they are coming so there are no surprises, so it's easy to make changes if the scheduled date is inconvenient for whatever reason. No muss, no fuss, so 5 stars for not screwing it up ;)

Chris was awesome and so nice!! He gave us an estimate on all options and recommended the partial heat treatment with spray. But he never pressured us in to anything. We went with his recommendations. He is very calming, understanding and did make us feel embarrassed at all about the bed bug problem!! MasterTech Pest Solutions quickly, safely and permanently took care of a busy beehive in my cement block wall. Robyn was able to get a technician out within a couple hours to extract the hive and treat the area. Courteous and professional service - highly recommended!

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.
