Bill's service man, Chase came out just yesterday and performed his job to a tee. He was also on time and very prompt in his duties. He and Jon were very professional and answered all our questions. So. Thorough. You have any idea how at ease one instantly feels when your pest control tech shows up with a truck-mounted, pressurized, fully automatic sprayer instead of a glorified camelback?! I do! And let me tell you- it's one of the most reassuring feelings in the world! Jack was just here (on a Saturday morning... I mean, that speaks volumes!) to treat my home- inside and out... I haven't seen a bug, spider, scorpion, or any other creepy crawly since he was here 2 months ago- and I'm confident I won't in the future so long as Urban Desert is in charge of my pest control. These guys (and office gals!) are the best; friendly, accommodating, professional- if you haven't already, do yourself a favor and get them on your team.

They always call to tell me the day they are coming , then text so I have time to put up my pups. All I know is I have no bugs in my house and none crawling outside.

Our family stayed in a vacation home in the area and upon our arrival we noticed a lot of unwanted critters. The owner authorized us to have Alex come and and take care of the property. He was very professional and took the time to educate myself and our kids about scorpions. He even gave them a UV light to look for them when the sun wend down.
