Bill's Pest is fantastic! Our services rendered for tick control/extermination. Our tech, Pauline, was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely kind to both my Wife and I, and our dog! The service was quick, and affordable. Our tech showed up 10mins earlier than the window provided, and making a payment was very easy. 3rd day from our first treatment, and we are already noticing how effective the treatment is. Bill's comes highly recommended, A+++ company and service.

I originally called for just a one time spray for fleas & ticks for my dogs but ended up actually just getting them as a full time service! Everyone at the front office was fast to get back to me and answer all my questions. I had Porter come do the initial spray and they were very thorough! Its been 4 months and I haven't seen a tick since. Brian and Hunter come by to do my monthly sprays and they are both very nice. They tell me everything they did. Today Brian even had given dog treats to my dogs!(smart guy!) I love this company, how personal they make me feel and I plan to keep them as long as they will have me!

Burns is part of our family. Russell is our rep, and he is the most dedicated professional young man - always so courteous and will go above and beyond to please. Burns participated in an effort to feed homeless pets at a shelter, but did not ask for money. They asked for pet food. We were so impressed and touched. First meeting with him is thorough and complete covering all your pest and home concerns. No pressure to purchase or buy additionally services but he certainly will point out areas he can help...whether it be access points in the roof or garage, etc...

These guys are the real deal in Phoenix. I had nothing but issues with our last 2 pest control companies, both wanted to up charge for things Insectek include. They are extremely detailed and my tech Kyle is beyond professional. He makes sure to ask if i've seen anything of concern and spends the time treating those areas thoroughly. I cannot recommend Insectek enough... Fantastic company, and i'm getting family members to switch over from their horrible contracts with the same provider I used to have. Do yourself a favor... save some money from those well known pest control companies, and go with a company like Insectek. You will not be sorry... But the bugs will!

Brent and his team has an excellent service. I noticed their wrapped truck on the 101 and gave them a call for bi monthly service and they offered a one time initial $95.00 special without me asking and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for termite treatments, termite control, or any pest control service if you are in Phoenix or Scottsdale.

This company is fabulous. Tyler came out on Thanksgiving to get rid of two rats in our attic. Great family owned company totally recommend.
