I have used Bill's Termite in the past on one of my rental properties and was very satisfied with their service and prices. Unfortunately, I found a small termite trail at my primary residence and did not hesitate to call Bill's Termite and Pest Control right away. They sent an inspector out right away to assess the situation and took the time to explain the recommended treatment options. Once I picked a treatment, they had a technician out to my house the following week. The technician arrived on time, completed the job in a reasonable time, and cleaned up after himself. He had to dig trenches around the house and drill holes and cleaned up the mess so everything looked the way it did before the treatment. Their price was fair and they warranty their work. If you ever notice termites in your house, do not stress, just call Bill's Termite and Pest Control and they will put your worries at ease. It's also great to use a locally owned business who knows their stuff versus the big pest control companies who charge more for their name recognition.

We have been using insectek for almost 2 years and we are very happy with them! We had a decent scorpion issue when we first moved in to our house and within 2 months we have been nearly scorpion free (only have seen one or two along a backyard wall, none in the house). They will come out and happily spot treat anything that pops up in between treatments (since it is bi monthly). They are thorough and knowledgable. We highly recommend this company!

I had an appointment yesterday Wednesday between 1 an 3 pm no one shows up I sent a text asking if someone was coming and no reply so I called the # a girl answered said to hold and then said the technician had to go unload a trap and was tied up ? But a courtesy email or text saying we are running behind would of been nice don’t you think ? Then he shows up said I would have an estimate last night or today it’s almost 7 pm the next day and still nothing ? I don’t think I would do busses with your company just on your lack of follow through because my times as valuable as yours and I’m sure there is a company out there that would love my business.

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.
