Bill's provided great customer service at each level of contact. Staff on the phone, Ryan who did the initial inspection and then Chase and Stephanie who treated my house. ALL GREAT!! Very nice people, fast and professional. The price was very reasonable compared to most other services. Very happy with Bill's. Highly recommend!

We've been a customer of Urban Desert for about 3 years now. We have always been happy with the service, but today we were blown away. Tony came out and listened to our feedback about some spot issues we had been having with creepy crawlies and wasps. Tony was on it. He treated with several methods aiming for maximum impact. Tony was professional and prompt and I hope we get to see him again at our next scheduled service.

It was finally time for us to get a pest control company to come out to spray as a precaution, as first time home owners. So many companies out there to choose from. To learn Copper State Pest only started in 2021 is mind blowing. Everything from scheduling to paying is as easy as it gets. Based on my research, this was by far the best bang for our buck due to the extensive spraying they do at your house. Alex came out to our house, and just like everyone else, we have nothing but AMAZING things to say. It’s important if you have someone come into your house , they make you feel comfortable. That was exactly alex. I am very grateful that I have found my pest control company for the future- I was absolutely blown away. Can’t even fit all my compliments in here.

We've been using Insectek Pest Solutions for over two years and couldn't be happier. Kyle has been our technician since we moved to Chandler and we couldn't be happier. Friendly, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. Oh, and the fact that we haven't had a single pest issue since he's been servicing our home is a great benefit.

Jonny Astrada is our tech and he found the problem and the answer to the problem within 20 minutes of his arrival. We have spent 3 to 4 years and thousands of dollars with every pest control company out there and still had the same problem, since you guys showed up, we have been roach free, thanks Action pest control, and thanks Jonny, your our hero.

I have several opinions about the different services I use. The good one first: I have every-other month pest control. My guy Seth is the best. He is conscientious, and is impeccable about getting all the spiderwebs, etc. If I have to recall him in between-times for a problem, he comes within a few days. Now for the bad: I also have a Termite contract with this company. Before the company, AZ Exterminating was bought out by Western, they were great. Now if I have a Termite breakout, I can wait up to 3 weeks for service, which is supposed to be quick during active activity. The annual bill is set up to be taken automatically, but now no courtesy call or email to make an appt for my covered annual inspection and to refill my termite spikes. Without the inspection, the warranty is affected.

I have been with Anteater for a few years now and they are always prompt, always ask if there is any special needs with regard to pests and always have a solution. This is the pest control company for everyone!

Technician was very good, polite, pleasant, communicated very well, and explained what he was doing. He cleaned up after the treatment and returned the yard to its prior state. The owner who came out for the inspection and quote was very polite, professional, thorough, and explained the treatment plan very thoroughly.

Derek was awesome and made sure all my concerns were validated. Went through entire outside, because that is my service and inspected. Made sure we didn't have any new friends. Sprayed and laid down more traps where it was needed. I appreciate how easy it was and his personality. He was welcoming and friendly.

Checked in with City Wide and turns out I was spending tons more on Pestie or DIY products and they come and spray for you. Pretty sure I paid these other companies a 100 dollars for a can of RAID...

Very shady people offering a discounted price to get you locked in for a 12 month contract. Thankfully I have the shady salesman (Cole Gibbons) on camera and am ready to take them to court if they refuse to cancel the agreement that I never signed up for.
