The technician was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.

They always make their appointment the day before and they are all always here to complete their task. I haven't seen any bugs so they must be doing a good job.

Great for rodents! We had a rodent issue in our attic and Hyram, Jake, Damien, and Emily have been nothing but helpful and friendly. They started sealing within one week of our initial phone call. I tried using a different business before them and they did not look past the openings to the attic. We have a 1-year warranty on the sealing that was done. Let's hope we no longer have an issue!

I can't say enough about Alex and his business - customer service is exemplary! Alex goes beyond your every day exterminator service that just sprays pesticides; he will try to find the root of the problem and spend as much time as it takes to correct it. He sealed some gaps we found in the structure of my condo, he offered suggestions, and assured me he would eliminate the roach problem in my new home. For me, massive roaches are my worst nightmare - I'm terrified of them. Alex is compassionate with his customers, passionate about his work, extremely knowledgeable, and he put my traumatized, worried mind at ease. He's amazing!

Love insecttech and love Kyle as our bug killer!. He's super nice and very professional. He's always on time and does a super job. So impressed with his service, he asked if I wanted my garage sprayed. I opened it for him, went about my business. Saw that he was done. Went to close the garage and found that he already did. I was so happy to see that he took that extra time to make sure my house was secured. I'm easy to forget at times since my life involves caring for dogs. Thank you Kyle for your continued services. Overall good service and product. The BIGGEST issue is you cannot reach anyone on the phone or locally. It's all sourced to their corporate office in CA - and they don't know individual locations and all. So much is lost in translation. WE NEED LOCAL call areas - they know the day to day, schedules of their drivers. I have had some turn over of drivers - but NO ONE tells you - just be prepared to do the follow up on all - they don't call you. I have bi monthly service and yearly termite inspection and service as well. Sometimes they call you or text. Prior the staff at the local office (when you could reach someone) - they were not the most helpful. BUT the field techs and guys are GREAT - and very professional and return calls and texts. The product they use seems to work overall. I would recommend - BUT again - we need better follow up emails, calls and service. WE ARE the customers - you are to follow up with us - not the other way around - HELP with this. Thank you.

We had our normal Pest control Service today and Hector M and Brandon M did an excellent job. Replaced all the traps and took care of the front, back and the garage area. Thanks again Brandon and Hector.

They work independently, come and go without needing my help.If there is a downside, it is that they only have one rat trap in my entire backyard. I have seen roofrats. I have caught one myself and they have caught one.I prepaid for a year ($840). It was expensive but I hate having those rats in my yard and one even got into my home!

I previously worked for this company as a termite technician learning the in and outs of the job also learning pest control ad I had. O previous experience but roger the owner wanted me to come aboard the team and I was thrilled at the least And I worked for them for almost days I went on numerious jobs and I had all kinds of issues from poor communication to driving to locations that were not scheduled spending countless hours of no production due to the process and i went to work everyday that was requested of me and worked proudly only To be scheduled for work on 2/28 then called into the office for “team meeting” only to find out I was being terminated and wasn’t provided any information other than we like the way you carry yourself and it’s not a good fit and that the owner was out of town so other staff had to provide me the message? Only to file unemployment and receive a letter of denial as the company says I was insubordinate but never had any warning or write up so I say this company was dishonest to an employee how can they be loyal to customers?

Watts was easy to get an appointment with. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended a solution and implemented it.

Update (6/29/22) - Sean, our technician today, handled servicing our home professionally and with kind consideration. He had a positive attitude, which I appreciated. He communicated well about his approximate arrival time and was punctual. He responded well to our personal request. Overall, great service experience.
