I love that they always show up on time instead of giving you a 2-3 hour window. I also like that I normally get the same technician Wayne, who is very knowledgeable and professional. My first service was for ants which they helped get rid of with gel and granular traps. They service our house every month and we hardly see any bugs, just a few dead ones in our garage.

I have been using Western Exterminator for well over 6-7 years and find them to be extremely professional, reliable and cost effective. I never have to worry about bugs because they just take care of it for me.James is wonderful and is always willing to work around my schedule. Highly recommend them.

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!

Not only is he very knowledgeable about his job, but he also really cares about his customers. He is the only one I trust to come and spray my place because when he does it I know 100% it will be done right the 1st time.

We live up at Carefree HWY where it is all pretty much desert scape around you, we have been having very bad scorpion problems lately due to all of the rain that we have been having. When I called Widow Pest, I was put on their schedule very quickly! Nick and Doug came out in a very timely manner and within a couple days we saw from before having 2-3 scorpions a day to none! they were such kind; personable men and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great pest control service!
