We moved into a new construction and needed to find a good pest control service to keep the creepy crawlies at bay. My wife did some research and found Bill's. She gave them a call and explained our needs and concern for safe products to be used around our small dog and toddler.Loretta and Karen came right on time, despite the fact that we accidentally gave them the wrong address for our new place. They were friendly, thorough and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Loretta did a walk-around of my house with me pointing out all the little cracks and crevices that I should seal up for optimal pest avoidance. She found spaces that were hardly visible and it was clear she had years of experience to know just where to look.Karen handled the inside portion and pointed out all the areas I'd need to seal up on the inside. Both were very friendly, joked around and made the experience pretty entertaining.We signed up for a monthly maintenance program with them at what I believe is an very reasonable price. So glad we were able to find a quality local business with personality and passion versus a corporate national chain.

Blue Sky arrived last Saturday in the am. I was unaware of there arrival but my wife knew about it and forgot to tell me. I opened the rear gate for the representative so he could get to the back. We are using the organic sprays instead on the chemicals and have had no issues since we started with this.The representative was completed in about 15 minutes and arrived back at my front door and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I said no thanks and did you see anything on this property that needed immediate attention. I had told him that our neighbors had termites and he said that he didn't see any signs of them. We then wished each other Happy Holidays!!!

Based on reviews I read when I moved to Arizona 2 years ago, I hired Urban Desert for regular pest control at my home. I have been extremely pleased with the service. Every person I have dealt with at the company, including the office staff and every technician who has performed the spraying has been extremely professional, friendly and dependable. Before each spraying, I am sent a text by the office staff confirming the date and approximate time of the upcoming spraying. Then, on the day of the spraying, I am texted by the technician when he is on his way to the house and they always arrive as expected. Without exception, every technician who has performed the spraying has been professional, friendly, dependable and conscientious in his work. I highly recommend Urban Desert.

I originally called for just a one time spray for fleas & ticks for my dogs but ended up actually just getting them as a full time service! Everyone at the front office was fast to get back to me and answer all my questions. I had Porter come do the initial spray and they were very thorough! Its been 4 months and I haven't seen a tick since. Brian and Hunter come by to do my monthly sprays and they are both very nice. They tell me everything they did. Today Brian even had given dog treats to my dogs!(smart guy!) I love this company, how personal they make me feel and I plan to keep them as long as they will have me!

A long overdue review for an AMAZING company! I started using Insectek over a year ago for my townhome in Phoenix. Living in the city equals living with cockroaches and other insects, especially during the summer. Once I started seeing the occasional cockroach inside, one of us had to go...and they did. Insectek’s product immediately took care of the problem and after the initial 7-10 days...I never saw one in the house again. Also, while they are hard to get rid of, I also saw a dramatic decrease in silverfish.Fast forward about 18 months later and they are now treating the home that I bought in Phoenix. They did the initial treatment before we moved in and all I have seen are dead bugs (outside) ever since.I can’t say enough good things about Insectek!

Steve was on time and friendly. He did an efficient job and explained our need. The only reason we give him 4 stars is because we had to place 4 separate calls over 7 days before we received a response. But we would recommend his services.
