Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

From top to bottom, Macho is a great business. Most especially Robby and Danny were excellent. Super helpful. Always keeping me in the loop. They dealt with a difficult situation navigating the fake grass covering the septic. The quality of their finish work and effort put worth was superb. I am very happy and grateful. I couldn't recommend Macho more!

Howard was on time, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my septic. One could tell he was a very honest, hard working man. I've use this company in the past, and it was excellent then too. Ann who answers calls and schedules was very pleasant and knew her info well too. Not an ounce of negativity with my experience with them.

Where do I start.... definitely not the cheapest work I’ve gotten done in my home, but I can assure you that I definitely paid for premium work, they went above and beyond at keeping my home clean during the project and like they were never even here when they got done, FYI, I got my mainline replaced in the inside of my home.

Look elsewhere! They told us we needed a new septic tank but considering we just had it inspected, I'm pretty sure they played us. Broke our sprinkler system and put in a new one which didn't work. Brought in rocks and just dumped them in random piles. We can literally see our septic tank sticking out of the ground because they didn't bother covering it correctly. Completely ruined our backyard and no professionalism at all. I could go on. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don't answer their phones after you paid them and seriously look somewhere else.

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. They pointed out my issue and saved me thousands of dollars plus a game plan for everything to get handled. Thank you NU FLOW!

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

Called to get on the schedule on a Wednesday. Said they could come out same day because they were in the area, but it didn't fit with our schedule. Tried to schedule for Friday but they didn't have any other jobs in our area so they cancelled. Dispatch was very friendly and willing to try to get to us Thursday, but again didn't didn't work with our schedule. Will try again next week.

I believe this is my 7th time using Option One. Usually it is a slow drain or a clog when I call them. I wouldn't keep using them if they didn't do their job. I had a slow bathroom drain today and the last time was a year and a half ago for the same thing. You have to expect that. The last time I called was for a kitchen clog, which was not as long ago, but the kitchen sink is still draining. I am happy with Option One and they are inexpensive compared with other plumbing companies.

Outside water spigot broke at the pipe and was leaking. Jeff from Bumble Bee come over within a few hours of making the call and even though on a Saturday after 3pm, they stayed to fix the broken pipe and get water back to the home. They gave options of going through inside or outside, explained benefits and cheaper options for fixing dry wall vs stucco and made all the repairs as well as explained what happened, educating us while they made the fixes. They also provided options and showed us other areas that may need to be fixed in the future but they don't pressure you at all, just inform and let you make the decision. Jeff and Andres were extremely helpful, quick and did great work, very friendly. Would use them and recommend them to friends and family in the future!

Just got off the phone with the absolute greatest customer service I have come upon a time in the last couple starting this new year off thank you ALICIA ? for the awesome customer service you provided meyou answered all my questions and actually try to help me solve my problem even more because of you I will be able to continue my project and get on with my project that basic drilling messed up in the 70s

Thank you so much for your quick response to help us replace our main water line just before the Christmas. A big shout to John Nguyen who was very polite and very knowledgeable in the whole process. He was there in time and he explained everything to my husband and I so we were very confident regarding the work that was to be completed. I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
