Great news - termites still gone after last years treatment! This is a great value - kind of like having termite insurance.Ryan arrived on time and performed free inspections at my Mom’s house and at my daughter’s house. More great news- no termites 2 years in a row!Both Anthony and Ryan were polite and knowledgeable. I’ve been a customer for about 5 years now and I’m pleased with their services. I haven’t had any issues, they keep my home clear and safe for my kids. I also recently added their mosquito buckets service and that’s a game changer a must for the crazy amount of mosquitoes we get here.

They take a great deal of care in protecting our home and the surrounding environment. I recommend their program to all my friends and neighbors. We have a great deal of trust in Eric.

Not sure but think we have used Az Or for 20 plus years. Dan is our service manager. He watches out for us and cleans webs and other pest messes. Missed him during his Covid time and happy for his recovery and to have him back. We have great confidence and trust in him.

They were very professional and nice. They did a good job of trying to create as little of a mess as possible and made sure to try and clean up after themselves when they were done.

We have used Western Exterminators for several years. They are awesome. Mike is the gentleman that comes to exterminate our house bimonthly. Mike is the best. Mike is thorough and he takes the time to make sure he exterminates all areas. Mike is also professional and he is a good man.

Seth responded to my email I had sent the night before, the very next morning. He setup a time for me to meet with Chris the same day and worked with my hectic work schedule. I was able to leave work on time and was going to be at home early and it just so happens Chris said he could meet me at the earlier time as well. He arrive before me and after inspecting my place he assured me I didn't have any bed bugs. It was such a relief to have that off of my mind. Thanks Seth and Chris.

The owner is GREAT at what he does and my experience with each of the techs that have serviced my home has been that they, too, are thorough and dependable. Jacob is ALWAYS a joy to see! Steve J was my tech and he was courteous, honest, and highly professional. I also spoke with Steve Skiba at their office regarding termite control. I found him to have the same qualities. I highly recommend giving City Wide Pest Control an opportunity. My one regret is that they do not yet offer weed service. I hope they add this.

I'm currently using their service. Paying monthly of course. But I didn't know I was paying monthly but only getting service every other month. So basically I'm paying every month for nothing. I was also never told it was a 1 year contract either. I fell like I was just scammed by the sales person. If I would of known I would of never gotten the service in the 1st place. By reading other customer reviews. Looks like I wasn't the only one being scammed!!!
