We have been using Blue Sky Pest Control for years now. When they first started treating our home, we would have 10-12 scorpion sightings INSIDE our house each summer. Since we’ve been using Blue Sky, that number has decreased to 0-3 (we have trees and river rock, scorpions love our yard). Through the years, each technician that has come to our house has been friendly and professional. We highly recommend Blue Sky!

I used the service to keep all pest down. The agent Justin that is assigned to my area, is always on time, works with me on the scheduling ,because my spouse works at nite and sleep during the day. And he is always willing to try and work around his schedule. He makes sure he explains what he have seen around the house and if it might be a problem or he went ahead and took care of it. I purchased 1 Angie's List deal and Brent agreed to provide a second service at the same price for our other house where my in-laws live. This company and I had extraordinary encounters with scheduling and completing our service, and through it all, Zach, the tech, and the woman who did the scheduling (sorry, forgot your name) were amazingly understanding and flexible, with no hint of frustration. They kept reaching out for an opportunity to complete the pre-paid service, but were not annoying.

When Zach and his assistant did finally come to spray the house, they were extremely polite and professional. They seemed to do a thorough job. They were quick to spray inside and out, and to completed all the necessary paperwork. They advised me of cost-saving deals I may want to take advantage of, and were helpful in scheduling the service for our second property.

We plan to use them on a regular basis for both homes.

Called and talked to a very nice lady told her my what was going on and she then gave me a few different prices. I told her that I was a single mom on a fixed income with a child and a elderly mother. She then told me her tech was pretty clear today and would have him give me a call. She told me that the home inspection was free with no obligation and then he would determine what need to be done and at that point he would quote me the prices. She told me for just one room could be as high as 500 and 1500 based on the size of the house. I thanked her and was pleased with the service she provided but when the tech called everything then changed. I live in San tan valley and told her this so then the tech asked me if I was going to get the service done today told him that I wanted the inspection first to see what needed to be done as the holidays are just around the corner and could not afford 1500 to 1700 hundred today. Then I had told him about the conversation with the young lady and he replied with no the inspection is 90 dollars as I have to drive to San tan I told him that is not what was told to me on the phone and then proceeded to say I wasn't going to find anyone cheaper and that they would not quote me the right prices. Which I found to be very professional. And if I was to get chemical treatment the would charge me for everytime they had to come back and would still not get rid of the problem. I caution anyone please shop around get all the information you can along with pricing from several different companies. Just because one company is a little less expensive doesn't make them a bad company and of course if your rich which I'm not by all means hire them this is just my experience with this company and they never even made it to my house.

I am buying a house out of Phoenix and needed a termite inspection. I asked Ryan to take care of it because I know and trust him. There was a trip charge (understandable) but he got there that week and took care of it for me. Great Service Great price

top notch service professional and courteous

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Have had quarterly maintenance for 18 months and no pests since signing up. Ryan calls before coming, is prompt, courteous and always helpful. Can recommend with no reservations.

I would definitely recommend this company! They were very nice on the phone and came out the next day . The heat treatment and chemical treatment really worked. I’m sorry I wasted all my time and money trying to get rid of the bedbugs on my own . Very professional yet also very personable. The cost was very reasonable too !
