Ax Pest Control serviced our home for pest prevention. The representative was extremely customer service oriented. Txt to let me know when he was arriving. Crickets. I let the supervisor know I was not getting crickets for two years prior to their servicing my place , I was using another company, and instead of trying to fix the problem or come up with a solution he says I should go back to who I was using. I let him know I already knew that was an option!
