I have been using Green's pest control services for about two years now! Today I had the pleasure of having Brian attend to both inside and outside the house. He was awesome! All of the technicians have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to answer any questions withh a high degree of competency. We initially found Green because we wanted to use an environmentally friendly pest control to protect our family home from roaches which inhabit the area. We will never use another pest control service as long as I live in the Valley!! Best of all, no more bugs in the house!!!

Our technician is very reliable and does a great job. We have used Burns for over 15 years and are quite happy with their service. Their customer service department is always attentive to any reschedules we might need to do.

My wife text me a picture of a 2.5 inch roach in the kitchen sink and I lost my mind. Started calling for same day service but no one available. I talked with Spain and he told me to give him 30 minutes and he would see what he could do for me. As promised 30 minutes later he called me back and said that they would get me in today. Unfortunately my wife at home was also calling and scheduled an appointment before I could. Although I won’t be using them this time I know who I will be calling the next time. Customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Spain for taking the time and putting in the effort to take care of me. You will be my first and only call next time.

Jerod was very thorough at identifying the source of my rodent issue in my attic and took alot of time identifying all of the spots they could enter my attic. I no longer have any roof rats thank you Jerod. Our technician, Kevin, was very friendly, thoughtful, and professional. I appreciated him taking care not to disturb my sleeping toddler and avoiding spraying near our vegetable garden.This was our first service, so I can't speak to long term results yet, but the staff left a very good impression. Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. We just had the house sealed and they were very thorough. Hoping to keep those nasty critters away from our house this summer!
