Lisa Trott completed our termite inspection. She was on time, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Michael was our technician. He arrived early and completed the job over a couple of hours. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. Our experience with Bill's Pest and Termite was exceptional and we would recommend them to our family and friends.

Poor follow up service...will not do business with.

He was supposed to spray both the inside and the outside of my house. I paid $110 and he only sprayed the outside. He then lied and said the tenants did not want him to come into the house. Total lie. He made no effort to make it right.

I had a home treated for dryroth termite for 5 yrs. Inspected every year. When I sold the house there WAS STILL TERMITE. All the inspections were useless so my payments
