I have been using Family Pest Control for a little over 6 months or so and I couldn’t be more satisfied.The previous pest control I had never answered the phone or once you sign the contract no care.Josh the owner is special, reliable, on time and cares about every single corner of you house and yard.The best thing I love about Josh that he follows up every couple of weeks checking in for anything going wrong or not.My kids play in the yard and don’t see not even a mosquito flying .The best service and company ever .I highly recommend Family pest control.

Matt was great! He answered all of our questions, and showed up right at the beginning of the hour block they gave us. He kept his mask on while working, and even wore booties while inside. We're feeling much more comfortable in our new home thanks to his help.

Austin came to inspect our home today. We thought we had one issue but he found what was really going on IMMEDIATELY and I am so very happy!

He showed me what he found and sent pictures to me of our furniture on what was found and where it was found. He took the time to explain how to rectify our problem as well as answer ALL of my many questions until I had a clear picture of what needed to be done going forward.

Austin was very courteous as well as very conscientious of being careful about Coronavirus issues and keeping everyone safe. I felt very relieved and glad to have had him help today! He was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Racheal H. performed our pest control service and she was extremely polite and professional. She was thorough with the service and asked if we were noticing any other pest problems before she began the treatment. She knocked down any spiderwebs around the exterior and inspected for any hornet nests or other insect problems that may arise. She notified us when she was complete with the service. We want to thank her for the outstanding job she did.

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!
